ADHD stands for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Many think that disorder can only take place in children but that is false anyone at any age can have this disorder. When having ADHD one can have poor management skills, lack of focus can be impulsive, have fits of rage, and forgetfulness. Some struggles that come with ADHD can be when trying to stay on task but losing focus fast. While also having hyperfocus which is the complete opposite, getting so focus that you lose track of time and things going on around you.

ADD means Attention Deficit Disorder, although it is close to ADHD, although it is different. Some similarities with ADHD are, one can struggle to stay on task and take in information, also being impatient. The difference being people with ADD do not have hyperactivity. With ADHD a person can be very talkative, people with ADD are not, appearing more lost in thought.
Poem:
The teachers tell me to focus
they hate the way I am always joking
They don't know all the thoughts
Inside my head I'm not showing
I can't stop being outspoken
The yelling is so hopeless
I don't mean to be provoking
I wish they would understand this isn't the life I would have chosen
Living in fast motion
