Loving someone despite of the pain in return, is what makes the affection deeper for Treyden.

Being whipped to someone is like lifting the whole satellite across the aching void. There will come a night wherein the two of you will just lay down with your hands intertwined with each other while waiting for the stars to disappear.

Loving someone with same gender as yours is not even that hard, but the eyes of those hypocrite is what makes it harder.

While driving, Treyden can't help but to think about his beloved. Being away from Gray is what scares him the most. By just thinking of Gray, disappearing in his sight scares the shit out of him.

Nilingon ni Treyden ang cellphone niya matapos itong tumunog. It's Iñigo calling.

"Hey Iñigo wala pa ako sa —"

"I'll text you the address. Pumunta ka ngayon na. Gray needs you."

Sa hindi maipaliwanag sa dahilan, hindi maipaliwanag ni Treyden ang biglaang takot na naramdaman. Siguro dahil sa takot at pangamba sa boses ng kausap ngayon.

Ni hindi na niya pinatapos pa ang sasabihin nito at mabilis na iniliko ang sasakyan para puntahan ang sinend na address ni Iñigo.

Hinigpitan niya ang hawak sa manibela matapos maging kulay pula ang traffic light.

Ipinikit nito ang mata niya bago mabilis na paandarin ang sasakyan.

For the first time in his life, he didn't follow the rules.

Mixed emotions start playing inside his chest and mind. Hindi maipaliwang ang sariling nararamdaman matapos ihinto ang sasakyan sa tapat ng isang ospital.

Treyden took a deep breath before walking inside the hospital. Then he saw Martina with Isla in her hand and Iñigo with Archer.

"What happened?" Treyden immediately asked.

Martina's now crying which makes Treyden trembled.

"N-nasa ER siya ngayon. The doctor said that his heart stop beating for a second. It's a miracle for him to be alive till now."

Gulat at hindi makapaniwala si Treyden na naririnig.

"B-but... He's okay this morning." Treyden hardly whispered.

"Absent of pulse, rapid heartbeat and shallow breathing. Ang sabi ng doktor niya, ang sabi raw sa kanya ni Gray, limang araw na niyang nararamdaman 'yun. Don't worry Treyden, he can do this. Mabuti na lang at pinuntahan ko siya sa kanila matapos niya akong pagbabaan ng telepono."

Walang emosyong tumingin si Treyden kay Iñigo na halos hindi maipinta ang mukha.

Gustuhin mang magtanong, alam niyang hindi rin kayang sagutin ni Iñigo. Pare-parehas lang silang nag-aalala ngayon.

"Treyden, Iñigo. Where is Gray?"

Sabay na tumingin ang dalawa kina Remus at Alastair na kadarating lang.

After explaning everything, silence filled them. It's as if each one of them is afraid of breaking the silence.

"Doc."

Halos sabay-sabay nilang napatayo maliban kay Remus at Martina matapos lumabas ng doktor mula sa ER.

"How's my brother, doc? Is he okay? What happened?" Alastair's nonstop question.
