Chapter Twenty One - Memories..

Y/N POV-

Niki and I were out for a walk, laughing. She was cursing at me in German and I was cursing at her in Irish, it was a very confusing 3 language conversation.

then it started to rain, heavily. We were quite a bit away from our bnb, and it was 6:30pm so quite dark really. We sprinted back, getting soaking wet in the process. I knock rapidly on the door once we get there and tommy answers.

"Holy shit you pair! Get in!" He says. "holy shit.." I say, out of breath for running. "WILBUR!" Tommy yells, looking at us both in turn. Wilbur comes into the hallway. "Oh my fucking god you two!" he looks at us. "Tommy help y/n get warmed up and I'll help Niki," he says, nodding at Tommy who nodded back. He takes my freezing hand and takes me up to our room. "y/n you're a fucking dumb bitch." He says, shaking his head at me. "You still love me though," I say, shrugging. "Fuck, you got me there." He says with a smile. "Here, take these, they will be comfortable and warm," he says, handing me a hoodie of his and sweatpants of my own. I nod and go to our on-suite.

I come out again and Tommy is waiting while looking on his phone. He looks up and smiles while blushing at me in his hoodie. He stands up and hugs me. "Your hair is soaking still," he points out. "yeah I know, i could do with drying it but my hair dryer is back in Ireland.." I say, looking down. "hey hey hey! no thinking about that!" Tommy says, picking me up by the waist and letting me wrap my legs around his torso.

Our faces were really close but neither of us cared, it was comfortable now we had confessed and been dating for a few days. I laugh at his efforts to distract me from my parents. He smiles and kisses my nose before letting me down, taking my hand and heading downstairs with me. We walk into the living room and Niki is right up next to Wilbur, I have to admit though, I think I got it worse than Niki did. Tommy pulls me onto his lap and I bury my face into his neck for warmth.

His hands move swiftly up and down my sides, giving off heat to me. I zone out for a bit, thinking of everything left back in Ireland, then my mum and dad came into my head, I must have began to breathe heavily because Tommy set me down beside him and his hands took mine. "Hey hey hey, y/n look at me." Tommy says, softly. everyone else fell silent.

My eyes focus and meet his. "Match my breathing okay? You're alright.." he says, calming me down a pile. I watch his mouth carefully and try and copy it to mine. "Good.." he says, quietly.

I bury my face into his chest. "Y/n, look at me okay? Everything will be alright, it will all work out, I'll be here for you." He says, gently and softly to calm me down. "If you don't mind me asking guys, what happened?" George asks. I look to Tommy, nodding and he sighs before replying "her parents passed away in a car accident recently..".

He looks straight back to me and rubs circles on my cheek, making sure I wouldn't start to hyperventilate. I smile weakly and everyone gasps. Tommy kisses me, on the lips. He hasn't done it in front of everyone else yet, so I felt my heart beating a little faster. I kiss back, my hand under his chin. everyone looked shocked at the news of my parents.

I pull away and he smiles. Tubbo excuses himself, but I notice he looks kinda sad. ranboo gets up and follows him out of the room.

Tubbo POV-

Why? Why him? I liked her and she chose my best mate instead. Ranboo follows me in. "Tubbo, I know you liked her." He says, looking down at me. I nod and look away. He sighs and hugs me, i hug him back, knowing he was there for me.

Tommy POV-

Me, y/n and Wilbur were joking around and bullying each other. But one joke took it too far. "Oi y/n! what are you gonna do when your daddy finds out you have a boyfriend!" Wilbur teases, he had a few drinks so i'm assuming he forgot. Y/n freezes and looks down. "Hey hey hey," I say, pulling her by her waist over closer to me. I bring my hand to under her chin and bring her gaze to me. I sigh and hug her. I text Wilbur, as i didn't wanna say it out loud. 'did you forget? I told you all her parents died recently mate, too far.'. His face fills with regret and guilt. he apologises to y/n and she forgives him.

I comfort her, until she pulls away and looks at my face. She smiles and leans in closer, I knew she was teasing me and god dammit she was doing a good job. She leans in more, her lips barely hovering over mine. She chuckles at the grunts I was making in pure annoyance. Then she closed the gap, shortly after she pulled away. "You two are so cute!" Wilbur laughs, making us laugh too.

I bring my arms around her waist and let her lay back in my chest. It was 10:45pm now, and I could tell y/n was tired. "y/n love, I know you're tired. you can fall asleep, I'll carry you up when I'm heading to bed. sweet dreams.." I whisper in her ear. She smiles and nods, burying her face into my chest and closing her eyes. i kiss the top of her head gently.

I continue to talk quietly with Wilbur until we needed to get to bed. I pick the girl up, she wasn't that heavy really, and carry her upstairs and into our room. I open the door for our room and gently rest her down on the bed. I kiss her forehead and go to get changed. I come out of the bathroom and I have a t-shirt and sweatpants on, and I see y/n doing grabby hands at me.

I smile and laugh softly, walking over to my side of the kings bed. I come into her arms and they wrap around me, which I do the same. I kiss the top of her head. "goodnight n/n". "goodnight toms..". And with that, we both fell into a sound sleep...
