TimeSkip: 3 years.
3rd Person POV:
It's been three years since y/n and Tommy started dating. They are 20 and 21. Tommy has been planning to propose to y/n but he thinks they might both be too young. He decides to do it anyway, in hope she will say yes. "Y/n love! Come on, get on your shoes! I wanna bring you somewhere!" Tommy calls up the stairs of his own house which y/n had to live in for 3 years.
"Coming!" The soft voice yelled down the stairs. She comes down, practically bouncing down the stairs. She slips on her vans and he takes her hand. "Toms? Where are we going?" The girl asks as he drags her along the pavement. "Somewhere, I wanna show you something," The boy answers, squeezing her hand. His heart was pounding out of his chest, he couldn't believe what he was going to do. He felt the ring in his pocket, it dug into him, reminding him of what he was doing this for. He smiles and looks away, imagining the good outcome.
They make it to the beach and the girl is even more confused "tommy? i still don't underst- woah!" The girl stops as she sees the sunset. The blonde takes a deep breath, the girls back was turned to him, it was time.
He knelt down on one knee, lifting the ring out of his pocket, opening the box. He waited patiently for the gorgeous girl to turn around. His heart had never beaten faster than this before, but honestly you couldn't blame him. He was proposing to her!
The girl sighs happily and turns around. Her happy face turning into a face of shock as she sees the boy down on his one knee, with a ring. "Y/n Y/l/n, I have loved you for the last nearly 4 years now and i want to spend the rest of my life with you. will you marry me?" The boy says, pounding feeling in his chest not going away. The girl smiles brightly, still looking a bit surprised.
"Of course I will you dummy!" Tommy smiles, all the nerves disappearing. He had never smiled so brightly in his life. He slips the ring on her delicate finger and looks into the shorter girls eyes. He brushes hair behind her ear and leans in. Their lips connect, holding it there for a few seconds and then pulling away. "I love you y/n," the boy says. "I love you more Tommy," the girl answers, her smile brighter than anyone's has ever been.
