It's been 3 weeks since Morgan and I had our fight, and its been 2 weeks since I broke up with Morgan...
(Lara's POV)
Josh hasn't been himself the past couple of weeks, which is expected, part of me if finally glad the Josh has seen the real side of Morgan, but I also hate seeing him like this.
"What are you doing today" I ask Josh
"Training and home I guess" He said quiet
I know that I shouldn't pressure Josh in starting to act more like himself, but I want to so badly. I need to think of a way I can do something but without changing to much
(Mad's POV)
Over the past couple of weeks, uni has been super tough, but, I finally got done with my last ever mid year exams, which means I only have one more semester of uni to do and I will finally become a psychologist and hopefully a sports psychologist!
I've still been teaching spin and Lara and Jess have come to a couple of class over the past couple of weeks, but Lara told me that Josh isn't gonna come for a couple of weeks because of his shoulder!
Today, I was at uni just finalising a couple of thing for the next semester and making sure that all my requirements are there for when I graduate. But, right now I'm at the studio for my last class of the week, because I've asked Abs to cover for me because Lara has invited Liv and I to go her vixens game again!
"Wasn't expecting you today" I say to Lara as she walks into the studio alone
"Yeah, it was a last minute decision, thats why Jess isnt with me today" she informs me and she signs in
"Ahh okay, well you know what to do" I say to her as I hand her a pair of cleats and she heads into the rooms
(1 hour later)
"Good job everyone, I just wanted to tell you guys that if you are booked with me tomorrow at 3pm, I wont be teaching, but Abs will be covering for me" I say as everyone clips out and heads outside. I walk out beside Lara
"You did good today" I say to her
"Thank you, I do really love coming" she says
"You have definitely improved since your first time" I say
"I think I agree" she says as she takes her cleats off and hands them to me
"Well, I'll see you tomorrow then" Lara says
"Wait can I ask you something" I ask her
"Yeah ask away" she said
"Is Josh okay, did I do something" I ask her
"No its not you" she said which calmed my nerves a bit
"Okay thats good, is everything okay with him though" I ask her and she looks around the room to see if anyone can hear us
"Okay, well dont tell anyone because it hasn't been announced yet, but Josh and Morgan called it quits" Lara said
"Good thing?" I ask
"Yeah for me, but not for Josh, he hasn't been sleeping and he overall just hasn't been himself" she explained
"Jeez, that explains a lot, well if there's anything I can help with, please let me know" I say
"I will definitely ask if I think you can help" she says and I give her a hug and she walks out
30 minutes later I'm home and Liv texted me that she will be out for the night with her parents!
I've spent the last 2 hours sitting on the couch finishing the last season of Agents of Shield because I've haven't had the time to finish season 7 over the past year, when my phone starts to ring, it's Lara..
"Hey girl, whats up" I say into my phone
"I need a favour" she said
"Shoot" I say to her
"Do you mind coming over while I head out for a bit because Kyle is with his girlfriend and I dont really want leave Josh home alone right" she asks me
"Omg yeah totally, I will be over in a few" I say as I throw a jumper on and head out the house, but before hand I leave a note on the kitchen counter telling Liv where I am.
I get to the Dunkley house hold in no time, I get out of my car and knock on the door, to my surprise Josh opens the door
"Hey, what are you doing here" Josh says as he moves and I walk into the house
"Lara asked me to come over while she went out" I say
"Oh lovely, I have a baby sitter now"
"Yeah but its me" I say and I see a faint smile from on his face "Has Lara already gone out" "Yeah, she left a couple of minutes ago, How's uni going"
"Yeah its been alright, I just finished my last mid year exams, which means I only have one semester left until I will be a psychologist" I say
"Thats amazing" Josh says
"How have you been going" I ask him
"Yeah alright" he said but I know he's lying to me
"Josh you dont have to lie to me, Lara told me" I say
"Well then, uh, I dont know, I thought Morgan was the one, but I know now she isnt" he replied
"How are you so sure" I ask
"This" Josh says showing me a photo on Morgans instagram

"Josh, this just shows you that Morgan wasn't good enough for you" I say
"But how can she just move on so quickly, it's been 2 weeks" Josh says and tears start falling from his eyes and I wrap my arms around him. Part of me is screaming that this is happening, but I also know that Josh is vulnerable right now, and that all he needs right now is a family that loves him
