Hii! I know, I told you that it wouldn't take that long to publish a new part, but it did. I had a lot to do and wasn't able to write for a while. Hopefully you still like this chapter, I worked hard on it :)) The layout is changed a bit, because my best friend's eyes died... (sorry girll hahah) Tell me what you think about the new layout and what you prefere (old or new). Enjoy reading it!!

"Pierre Gasly wins the Italian grand prix! Oh my, oh my, what an amazing job of the AlphaTauri driver. Carlos Sainz finished within a second of Gasly and Lance Stroll became third!" The voice of the commentator yelled through the speakers, but no one of us was still listening to it.
Inside the pit box it was like we all exploded. I felt so much, but at the same time I had no idea how I felt. My eyes got wet and I was so extremely proud of my brother. He did it, he just really did it!

Through the headphones I was wearing I could hear his board radio. I could hear him yelling, I could hear all the emotions no single fan can ever understand. I could hear the emotions that got hidden by his helmet. Pierre kept screaming and he and his engineer sounded like the happiest people on earth. He thanked the whole team for their incredible hard work and for all their support and belief. I felt better and better, more excited with every second that passed. The adrenaline ran through my veins, I had no idea how Pierre had to feel at the moment.
Everyone had jumped up and we were still yelling. With all of us we jumped up and down, again and again. We all hugged each other and we also couldn't stop screaming. I probably had the biggest smile on my face I had ever before.

Some mechanics already went outside, cheering for Pierre while he crossed the finish line, and we went outside now too. We had to stay behind the crowd barriers, but the only thing I wanted to do when Pierre parked his AT01 was to run right into his arms.

He finally got out of his car, punched the air and jumped off it then, I couldn't stop smiling. Sergio Perez and Romain Grosjain immediately came to congratulate him. All the mechanics and the pit crew hugged Pierre when he came to the team. They slapped him on his helmet and they were jumping all together.

My mood got better and better and then my brother finally came to me, I was staying at the very end of the crowd barriers. He ran straight into my arms and I hugged him tightly. Probably tighter than ever before. I knew that we got filmed, that millions of people from over the whole world were looking at us now, but it doesn't matter. I ignored the camera's and everything around us. The only thing that mattered was my brother. My brother won the Italian grand prix!
When we let go of each other I laid both of my hands down on the top of his helmet, something I always did when he won races back in his karting days. "You deserve this, more than anyone else." I whispered. "I'm so proud of you, so so proud, you have no idea!" The smile on my face still went bigger, I didn't even know that that was possible.

Pierre popped up his visor and looked me in the eye. I could see the glance in his eyes, the adrenaline, the joy, the happiness... There were no right words for this moment so we both said nothing, what was perfect. We just were there, together, and we knew that we will always be together.

I looked up when I saw something moving behind Pierre's back. Charles ran towards us and jumped into our arms, literally. With one of his arms he gently slapped Pierre on his shoulder, his other arm was wrapped around my shoulders. To my own horror I felt good in his arms. The weight of his arm around me, the way I was forced to lean against him, the mixed scent of the eau de toilette and the deodorant he was wearing...

Stop it, you stupid! I didn't have to think about him like this. He wasn't mine and he'll never be. He's a friend of my brother and he doesn't like me in any way. Why is it so hard to just kick him out of my head? And in addition, Charles is certainly not the most important at the moment!
