Chapter 15

AMY'S POV

"Oh.."said Amy and looked at the door,with a shy face.

Ugh,I forgot to look the door..

A beautiful girl,with blue sparkly eyes was standing here,right in front of the two embarrassed hedgehogs.She had her hands on her wrists,and she had a serious, comprehensive look.Her clothes looked very expensive,and her hair looked surprisingly perfect.

"Rouge.."said Sonic and suddenly began to run his hand through his quills.

"Hello,sweethearts.I'm completely honoured to meet you once again,my dears.I know you're going through a lot of things right now,and maybe you wonder where I know this from.May I come in?"

Amy made a small jump and quickly got a chair for Rouge.
"Of course!Come in!"

Rouge walked in and putted her hand on Amy's.

"Thank you,sweetie.You're as cute as you always been."

Amy smiled and sat down the couch next to Sonic.

"So,where should I start from.."

"Take your time."said Sonic.He sounded surprisingly calm.

"Well,everything started when I heard from a friend that works at the company where me and Shadow used to work,that Shadow resigned.I don't work there now,but I was curious,because when him and I were dating,he said he will never give up on this job.That really surprised me,so I told my friend to keep her eyes on him as much as possible.I did that too.Some days after,the friend I was talking about came over my house and told me she saw Shadow talking to Eggman.That really surprised me,so I've decided to spy on him."

Rouge stopped.Amy couldn't wait to hear what happened next.Sonic looked so interested in her story.That made Amy smile a little bit,but she tried to concentrate at what Rouge was telling them.

"Then I saw him talking with some people at a castle where different occasions are celebrated.I moved closer to them,and I caught Shadow saying he had something to store in the attic of that castle.They agreed to let Shadow store what he had to.I am pretty sure that was his plan.That attic they were planning about is secured by some guards,because there was the place where that guys put their valuable stuff.Maybe you wander how they trusted Shadow.Well one of the people that own the party place,some kind of castle,is a friend of ours."

"So,you're telling me Tails is in that attic?That's brilliant!Let's go now!"said Sonic smiling.He stood up and almost ran to the door.

"Wait!Its not that easy.If we want to save Tails without getting in trouble,we need to make a mature plan."

"But I have a question."said Amy,trying to concentrate.
"Anything,pinky."

"Well,who told ya about Tail's disappearance?"

Rouge stopped.She seemed to want to avoid answering this question.

"Pinky,so you don't trust me,huh?"Rouge finally answered.
"No,no,no!Its not like that,Rouge..I was just curious!"said Amy,embarrassed.
"Yeah,well a friend of yours told me about that,and knowing that your little buddy faded away,I've decided to take Shadow's resign more serious."

Amy nodded.Sonic was standing next to the couch,thinking.

"What are we going to do?"Sonic finally talked.

"I have an idea.Rosy,do you mind if I call your friends to come here too?"
"No problem."

"So,if we want to get Tails,we need to go to that party,as normal guests.We have to invite a lot of other people and invent a credible opportunity for which we are here."
"So it is my birthday?"said Knuckles really happy.
"No,Knucky.It's just the plan.There is no birthday.

"What if we pretend it's your birthday,Rouge?"said Sticks.
Rouge nodded.
"This is a good idea.And if I will talk to those people,they will give us a whole night."
"But how can we avoid Shadow?What if he comes there too?"said Amy looking kind of scared.Shadow stressed her, because he behaves strangely around her.

"Good question.Maybe he knows when my birthday is,so he will understand we know where Tails is.We need another plan."

"What if we pretend it's my birthday,Shadow doesn't know when my birthday is."
Everyone looked at Knuckles.He really said something intelligent,wow.Maybe he isn't that knucklehead after all.

"Good job,Knucks!And bringing the Shadow topic back,I'll personally talk to those guys who own that place,to verify anyone who enters the castle.So,if they really do that,Shadow cannot enter the house."said Sonic.He surely was irritated.

"Good."said Rouge.

"Now,how can we enter the attic if it is secured?"said Amy.

"I already though of that.One of us should spy on the guards.First,everyone.Please,do not act suspiciously.Dance,smile and laugh,like nothing happened.Secondly,you need to dress up.And then,we should start planning the exact rescue."

Everyone nodded.Finally,they were about to get in real action.
