part 22

After the little marathon session the Kim siblings had, it was dinner time and the whole family was sitting at the dining table eating their dinner.

"You guys are going to participate in the talent show right?" Mr. Kim asked and the boys all nodded.

"Talent show?! You guys are going to participate in that?!" Sol Mi asked and the guys nodded with a smile.

"What are you all going to do?" She asked with excitement.

The boys smiled and Jin answered, "We're dancing."

"Really?! I've never seen you all dance. I'll definitely cheer for you guys!" Sol Mi said with a thumbs up.

"Yeonie are you also dancing? Ah! You sing and dance well so what are you going to do?" The older girl asked the younger one.

The girl looked at her and shook her head, "I'm not participating." She said while taking a big bite of her food.

"Why?! You're so talented!"

"She never participates in any competition though she's really good," Namjoon said while shaking his head.

"Why?" She said looking at the girl with a disapproving expression.

"Don't feel like it." She said with a shrug and continued eating.

"Why?!"

"I just don't like participating in such stuff!" The girl protested feeling annoyed.

"Do you have stage fear?" Sol Mi said with a genuinely concerned expression and put a hand on her shoulder.

Yeon dropped her chopsticks and looked at the girl with a shocked face and scoffed.

"I-I have a what?!" She asked with disbelief in her voice.

The younger one scoffed and stood up and pointed at herself.

"I don't have something called stage fear. I, Kim Yeon, fears nothing and you just triggered my pride, and now I will participate in the damn competition and show y'all! That I fear nothing and don't have a thing called stage fear!" The girl said with a huff and stomped her way out of the room.

"Why is she so moody today?" Yoongi asked looking at the others with a blank face.

Taehyung snorted and pointed at Jungkook who was smiling sheepishly.

"I ate all her chocolates and now she'll all cranky and sensitive."

"Well, at least Yeon will participate in the competition. I know she'll win." Hosoek said with a bright smile.

The others nodded.

"Jungkook, you better buy her whatever snacks she wants," Jin said looking dead serious making the younger boy gulp.

"Of course, I don't want her to kill me in my sleep. I'll get her whatever she wants tomorrow." Jungkook said with a scared expression.

Timeskip~

A few days had passed and it was the day for the talent show.

Sol Mi refused to perform since she wasn't the best when it came to dancing or singing.

Yeon and the boys were ready for their performances and made their way to school. It was quite crowded there because everyone was excited as all the Kim siblings would be participating this year.

The whole auditorium was filled with kids from both high school and college. Soon the show began. Eunwoo and Sol Mi sat together as they weren't participating.

Many students performed and it was now the Kim boys' performance. Everyone cheered and clapped for them.

While they were dancing Yeon was with Eunwoo and Sol Mi as her performance was not until later on and she had this rule, she'd always cheer for her brothers. 

The auditorium went crazy especially their fangirls. After their performance, The boys joined the audience and sat next to Eunwoo and Sol Mi who were excited for Yeon's performance. A few more performances later Yeon left to the backstage for her turn to perform. 

Soon she entered the stage. The crowd cheered for her and she started.

The crowd loudly cheered for her.

Sol Mi POV:

I clapped for Yeon and brightly smile at her. She looked at us and smiled. I looked at the boys and they looked proud of her, they were loudly cheering for her and Yoongi Oppa looked especially proud. I laughed seeing them jump around and looked at Eunwoo beside me.

My smile dropped slightly when I saw him. He looked at Yeon with so much adoration, that it made me feel jealous.
