Lenas POV
Since today is Saturday and the kids don't have school they slept in a little longer than usual and Kara and I got to cuddle a little more before they got up
"I'll call the lawyer on Monday about getting their name changed" I say
"Sounds good," she smiles and we hear the living room Tv cut on and so decide to get up,
It was a little past 8 and Kelly, the therapist texted and said she could see Jo today just as an orientation if we were free
"So Kelly said she could fit Jo in today" I tell Kara
"On a Saturday?" She ask
"That's what she says" I say and she nods
"Okay, that's fine" she says and I text her back to let her know we'll be in after lunch
"Good morning Em" I say when we walk out and find her on the couch with her blanket and unicorn
"Morning" she says cheerfully
"What do you want for breakfast?" I ask
"Cereal" she replies and gets up and walks over to the table and sits down while Kara gets the cereal out and gives it to her
"Did you feel better now?" Kara ask
"Yea, a lot better" she says and Jo comes out of her room on her phone
"Cereal?" Kara ask
"No thanks, not hungry" she says
"You sure?" I ask
"Yea I'm good" she says and sits down on the couch,
I got my coffee cup filled up and walked over and sat down next to her
"So the therapist said she can see you today, just to you know introduce yourself and all" I say
"When?" She ask
"We meet with her at 1" I say and she nods
"Okay" she replies

After lunch we're on our way to drop Emery off with Sam so she didn't have to come with us,
"Okay come on Em" I say helping her out of the car, I was just taking her up and Kara and Jo were staying in the car since it wouldn't take me long to do so
"Thank you for keeping an eye on her. It shouldn't take us long" I tell Sam when she opens the door
"Oh it's not a problem. Good luck" she says
"Be good for Sam, I love you" I tell Emery
"I will! Love you too mommy" she says and gives me a hug and runs off with Ruby and I get back into the car. No matter how many times she says it, it still brings a smiles to my face

"Have you met this person before?" Jo ask me when we get to the building
"No... but I have talked with her and she has amazing reviews" I explain walking up to the floor where we were to meet Kelly,
"Ms.Luthor" I hear after about 5 minutes
"I'm Kelly, it's so nice to finally meet you all" she says
Josephines POV
"You must be Jo?" Kelly says and shakes my hand
"Hi" I say
"So let's head on back?" She suggest And I look back at Kara and Lena and they both give me a little nod and I get up and follow Kelly
"So Lena didn't tell me anything besides your name, I wanted to keep it open for you to say, so let's start with how old are you and when's your birthday?" She ask me
"14 and January 17th" I say
"So why don't you tell me a little about yourself?" She says
"Okay well um, I have a sister; Emery. She's 7. Um. I got adopted in February. My father hit on us as kids, my mom is a drug addict and that's all of it" I say nervously
"Do you like it with Lena and Kara?" She ask me
"Yea of course, they saved me and Emery and I couldn't be more thankful. I am truly thankful for them being mother figures in our life" I say and she smiles
"I think that's wonderful. Have you ever thought about calling them mom? Or has Emery?" She ask me
"Uh, Emery calls them Mom, or Kara is Momma and Lena Mommy or mom, I thought about it and I would like to but I'm scared" I admit
"Scared of what?"
"Scared they will get mad, scared the will not want us anymore, scared they will leave" i say sadly
"Do they ever give you the impression they will leave? The way you talk about them they definitely love you" she says and I smile
"No, in fact it's the opposite. They always assure me that they are never leaving. I just- don't know if I can let myself be that vulnerable" I say softly this went on for a few more minutes before it was time for our mini session to end
"I'm really glad we got to talk today, and I think here is a good place to pause and we will meet again on Tuesday to continue this conversation., that session will be longer and we can go into kore depth!
Now with that being said you don't have to do this but it's a suggestion, give a thought into calling them mom, in situations where you will call them Lena and Kara. In your head use mom, but while your actually talking use their names, that way it gives you a feel without them knowing" she says and I nod
"That's a good idea, thank you" I smile and she nods
"Yea of course, let's get back out there yes?" She says and I nod and we walk back out to Kara and Lena
"How did it go?" Kara ask
"Good, I'll see you all on Tuesday?"" Kelly says
"Yes of course" Kara says and we walk out and into the car
"Did you like it?" Lena ask
"Yea... I did." I say and they smile
"That's good, I'm proud of you" Lena says and makes me smile, I never heard those words before lena and Kara
We drove to Sams to pick up Emery and back to the house
"Josephine can we play a game?" Emery ask me
"Yea, come on" I smile
