I laid there my eyes closed, the world feeling like it was spinning around me. The burning pain from the bullet wound in my stomach had become so unbearable I was moving in and out of consciousness. I was exhausted from trying to stay awake.

It felt like no one was going to come for me as I laid there. My hand was weak from holding pressure against the bullet wound, my lungs were dry from my heavy breathing and I was so tired.
I needed someone to find me.

I needed Bucky to find me.

With what little energy I had, I did my best trying to crawl my out in the open so someone would see me. Five minutes went by of me trying with everything I had to crawl forward but I had lost to much blood and I had only moved a few inches. I felt hopeless as exhaustion came over me again and I fell unconscious.

Then I heard distant yelling..

"Hello?" I croaked out, my voice barely above a whisper.

"Lina!" I heard the familiar voice.

"Bucky?" I asked not evening opening my eyes. I felt like I was in a dream.

"Lina...Lina..oh my god...Lina wake up," Bucky's voice woke me after I had passed out from loss of blood.

My eyes slowly opened back up when I felt his large hands move around me, holding me close as he picked me up.

"Bucky?" my voice came out barely above a whisper, and I felt a tear fall down my cheek.

"It's me doll," Bucky's voice came out soft and low, so that only I could hear him. I felt him hold me closer to him, and I had never felt more relieved to be in his arms. My eyes felt heavy, but I did my best to look up at Bucky.

As we walked I took note of the almost stoic expression on his face. He was upset, but he was trying to hide it best he could. Bucky took small glances down at me. With every blink it was getting harder and harder to keep my eyes open.

"I knew you'd find me," I breathed out, my voice coming out in a tired tone, my head flopped down against his arm.

"Doll, I need you to stay awake," Bucky's encouraging voice came from above me.

"So tired," I whispered, my head flopping back against his arm as I passed out again. Bucky's voice sounding like it was miles away as he tried to keep me awake, but I was just so tired...

"Doll..."

"Lina.."

My eyes felt less heavy this time as I opened them. I quickly shut them again at the bright lights of the hospital room I was in blinded me. I tried to open them again, slowly adjusting to the light.

I felt a familiar pair of hands, one on my arm and the other softly running through my hair. I turned my head and was met with those beautiful blue eyes, that felt like home.

"Hi.." I breathed out, my throat feeling extremely dry.

Bucky immediately moved into action and leaned back, his hand that was entangled in my hair moved to grab me a glass of water.
