The next day*
I woke up to giggles and people talking when I woke up Lizzie said " well looks who's up!?" I rubbed my eyes and looked at Dylan's direction and saw he was awake and my eyes widened and I gave him a huge hug and said " omg Dylan don't ever scare me like that you little punk!"he laughed and I stroked his hair and even though Dylan had woken up not to long before I woke up the medicine made him tired so he rested his head in the inside of my neck and I softly and delicately said " je vous aime" ( it's French for I love you) Lizzie looked at me and I smiled at her and she said " Alec wants to give you your birthday gift he's outside so you might wanna go" I slowly set Dylan's head down on the pillow and went outside and he said " hey babe" I kissed him softly and said " hey bubs" he than said " I realized how much you actually do for your brother so he has everything and I wanna give you something that you deserve and you deserve So much more and I don't want you to worry about the price of other stuff" and with that he pulled out two tickets for a trip to London I was so shocked I started crying of happy tears he pulled me into a hug and said " but this time it's gonna be you and scarlet and I'm going to take care of Dylan and I don't want any buts" I smiled and kissed him and said " I love you so much babe" and with that scarlet walked The way that Dylan's room was and said " who's ready to go to London!!" I ran up to her and she opened her arms for me to hug her and I did and she said " i can't wait to spend a week in London just us two" and then we all went back into Dylan's room and we were discharged and then we were all back home and me and Dylan were just hanging out by our creek that was near the house in the yard playing soccer and then we were just wrapping Christmas gifts since it was almost Christmas and Lizzie and Alec and scarlet took pictures and scarlet captioned it " their so adorable❤️" Lizzie captioned her post " my favorite duo is back💕" and then Alec captioned his " love then tons" and then they all went home exact Alec and I put Dylan to bed and we ended up falling asleep on the couch my head resting on his chest.
