A little too late you ring the doorbell on the old, yet beautiful boarding house, where two of your best friends live. You don't have to wait too long, Damon is already standing in front of the door and opening it.
If you were a vampire, you would have been there quicker. Damon leans casually against the door frame and crosses his arms. The typical Damon smirk lies on his lips.
"How can you explain your delay?" He says sarcastically and yet somehow interested. "I had to climb out of the window, Damon. I would have broken almost everything, so be glad that I'm here in one piece," you roll your eyes and push past him inside the property.
"I didn't think you'd be one of those people who would climb out of the window," he continues teasing you and walks next to you into the living room, where the others are already waiting.
"What do you want to hear? Next time you will pick me up and compel my parents", you sigh and go through the open door into the well-filled living room.
You lean against the wall with Damon, ready to go over the plan again. You let your gaze hover over everyone until you get stuck on a stranger.
