Your 'gift' wasn't so simple. You couldn't just make it happen like Allison could, rumouring people as much as she wanted. But it wasn't as mentally challenging as Klaus, who couldn't control what or... who he wanted to see. You were able to sense energy, feel emotions and see someone's intentions, but only when you were feeling calm yourself. You had a habit of ignoring your problems in favour of experiencing that energy field that you grew to love so much. Perhaps thats why Ben liked hanging around you so much. His 'curse' as he liked to call it, was extremely stressful for him, and to be around someone who was almost always calm was a nice off switch for him. You liked mending his aura, so of course you grew close. As with all of your siblings, you wanted Ben to feel safe all the time.
