I've been staying at Booka house for the last month or so, Von needed his space so I was giving it to him. Its been so hard because I miss my man so much but I know that I messed up. today I go to my first day of Reharsal for Durks show next friday, hes allowing me to two songs that I wrote, I hope Von shows up so he can hear them, I'm laying in the guest bedroom. I hear the guys downstairs so of course I refuse to step a foot down there, I'm too scared to face Dayvon.
I sigh and lay on my stomach when I hear room door open, I see that its Durk. I havent even talked to my own cousin since that happened. I did miss him though.
" Nika put some clothes on", he complains closing his eyes I'm just in my thong. I sigh and put on my shirt and wrap my bottom half with my blanket, I didnt want to wear no pants.
" Better?" I ask hin as be opens his eyes.
" not really but whatever bring yo ass downstairs ", he says to me.
" No I'm not going down there ", I say folding my arms turning my back.
" Onika Tanya Maraj Banks, bring yo ass down here now", he says sternly making me turn to look at him.
" Oh my gosh give me five minutes ", I say rolling my eyes.
I get up and grab me some blue cookie monster booty shorts, bumping him as I walk out the room. I head downstairs and all of them was there including Von. Damn it, I hate Durk. Of course all of them mug me, well expect Booka and I mug right the fuck back. I sit at the corner of the couch next to Booka.
" Why am I down here?" I ask Durk annoyed.
" Nika yo ass cant run away from us when you have problems, we a family so we gotta stick with each other no matter what happens ", he says and I fold my arms.
" I didnt run away, I took a step back", I say rolling my eyes.
" Then why I haven't you been home in the last month?" He asks me.
" I needed space that's all", I say simply flipping my hair.
" You needed space? Nah Onika I know yo ass you didnt wanna Face Von", he says and my face heats up.
" Please no that's not it at all", I lie trying to appear tougher..
" Man stop lying Onika ", Von says speaking for the first time..
