I laid on my back with eyes closed as tears streamed down my face, soon I heard a knock on my door so, I quickly wiped them, "Yesss?!"
"Heyy! You okay?!" Soraya asked me walking towards my bed.
I shook my head yes but her asking that made more tears fall.
"Aww baby." She said sadly while coming into my bed.
I laid my head on her as she played with my hair, "You keep thinking about it?"
I shook my head yes. On this day my aunt died and it was always hard.. I went this whole week without crying but it all caught up to me tonight.
"You know it's good to cry superwoman?"
I laughed while wiping my tears, "Shut uppp, I know, I cry."
"I know but ion know why you tried to go this whole week without crying silly." She laughed then kissed my cheek, "I gotta go baby but, call me if you need anything."
"Okayy, I love you!"
"I love you too."
After she left I put in both my airpods and started listening to music as I thought of a poem to write as my eyes rested closed. Music slowly faded away as my body began getting more relaxed.

I reached for my phone then quickly woke up noticing it was Amanté calling. "You home?"
"Yea, was you sleep? My fault."
I softly laughed, "You told me to wake the fuck up when you called."
He smiled, "I was playing."
"What yall go do?"
"Mhmmm went to coach house to swim and his wife cooked some food for us."
"Awww that's sweet!! Hope you guys had fun."
"We did.. wish you came, you feeling alright?"
"Yeaaaa i'm good."
"I'm finna go take a shower and then i'll call you back."
"Okkayy." I smiled then hung up.
Once he hung up my music began playing again and so I waited until he called again by going back to sleep. — A few minutes went by when my phone went off making me wake up and look at my phone seeing "outside." from Amanté.
I laughed, this boy reads me like a book.
I quickly put my shoes on then headed outside, he was really the person I needed to see. Once he heard my footsteps he looked my way smiling instantly making me.
