The loud crying of the baby woke August up for the fourth time that night. He was unaware of what to do, and for his punishment, his parents decided to make him learn to be a parent on his own. Nine months after he had left the human world, he got a special package. Naomi had given birth to the baby secretly and left her at his aunt's door with a note. His aunt called his parents and the news was broken to him. He was now a teenage father and he didn't know what to do. He picked up the crying newborn and tried his best to get her to sleep again. He learned from his mother how to make a bottle and how to change a diaper, but she told him it was up to him to figure out the rest. They converted their old shed into a small house for the two of them to live in until he was old enough to live on his own.

When he was training with the pack, his mother watched the baby, but when he came home it was up to him.

"Come one, stop crying now." he pleaded with no luck. He put on some clothes and also dressed the baby up in some warmer clothes and strapped her into her stroller. He walked out the door and took her for a moonlight walk. He just talked to her while she looked at the stars. She had stopped crying and was surprisingly quiet most of the walk. "I'm guessing we are going to be out here a lot more aren't we?" the baby just looked at him as he spoke to her.

"Aww, is the baby taking her daddy out for a nighttime walk?" Someone asked behind him. He turned around and there was Margot Blake.

"It seems to be the only thing to calm her down," he said.

"Wow, you really do have a baby. I just thought it was a joke they made up about you. She's cute though. What is her name?"She said to him.

"Her name is Myah Brianna Hale." Baby Myah gave a small coo at the mention of her name.

"I think she likes it. So how'd you come up with it?"

"I thought that she should be named after the two women who mean the most to me. Her first name comes from my aunt who took care of her when she was put on her doorstep, and her middle name is from my mother, who even though is angry with me has always lifted me up when I have given up." He said.

"That's so sweet. Did you tell them this? Women love gushy stuff like that. Also, they like to add sentimental value to baby names." Margot said. "How long have you had her?"

"About a month now."

"So what's the story? Where's mama wolf?".

"My ex-girlfriend was human and when she found out she was pregnant I wasn't exactly around. She hid her pregnancy from everyone and had the baby secretly. She abandoned her on my aunt's doorstep with a note saying she didn't want to be a mother, and she didn't really care about naming the baby. Honestly, I don't even know what I'm doing or how to do it."

"Aren't your parents helping?" She asked.

" I have no help, my parents see this as the perfect punishment for being reckless and barely even help. This baby constantly cries no matter what I do and I haven't been able to sleep properly for weeks. On top of that, every time I step onto the training grounds I am constantly knocked down by A**holes who play dirty and are led by the worst alpha this pack has had in centuries and I can't do anything about it." His yelling woke the baby up and she started crying. "Damn it!"

"Woah there, first of all, calm down. You're scaring her. Pick her up and place her gently on your chest near your heart. Just let her listen to it and lightly rub her back. Also, take a big whiff of that baby head. Smells great, doesn't it? Now keep doing exactly that, not only will it calm you down, but it will also get her to trust you. She's a baby, they need to know the person watching over them isn't a threat and with your anger built up inside it's not good for either of you." She explained.
