before amelia knew it, the day had come in which fred and george had planned to leave hogwarts. in their normal fashion, they had planned a dramatic exit, which neither daisy nor amelia approved of. nevertheless, amelia tried her best to be the supportive girlfriend that she had promised fred that she would be.
"are you sure that you want to do this?" amelia asked fred as he packed his last remaining possessions into a small trunk from home. "i support you 100%, but just know that there is no coming back from this." amelia couldn't help but to worry about fred. he tended to act before he thought, which usually left him in large amounts of trouble.
"i'm sure. i promise." fred smirked as he walked over to amelia and placed a soft kiss on her forehead. "this is going to be good for us. once you graduate, we'll already be starting our life together."
those words couldn't help but make amelia's stomach flutter. she could never imagine her life without fred in it, but she never thought that he would be planning his life around her. he always seemed to make her feel like the luckiest girl in the world.
"i love you, but you need to get to class." fred laughed at amelia, snapping her out of her thoughts. "i have to find george and finish some last minute things for our...exit?"
"you're going to be the death of me, fred weasley." amelia sighed, hands on her hips. no matter how hard she tried, she could never stay mad at fred for long. he always seemed to melt her heart with just a glance or a few words.
