They arrived at the cargo dock site, walking through the huge stacks of Cargo ship containers
"Madripoor could give New York a run for its money" Sam stated as they walked behind Sharon

"They know how to party" Zemo nodded

"Why I love it" Jessie giggled

"With that bounty on your heads, the longer you're in Madripoor the less likely you're ever leaving" Sharon stated
"Well, maybe expect Jessie with her powers" She added as they walked around a corner
"Alright, hes in there. Container 4-2-6-1. I'll keep an eye out while you guys talk to Nagel but hurry, we're on borrowed time" Sharon told them as she handed them all a comm. They followed Sam as he opened the container door

"Hey Sharon, you sure this is the right one? Its completely empty" Sam asked

"Positive, it has to be" Sharon answered so they went into the container. Jessie lit up her arms for light while Zemo grabbed a small hand torch to look around with

"What happens if this is a dead end?" Jessie asked

"Then we can keep looking" Sam shrugged as they watched Zemo press the back and shows a door opening. Sam and Bucky grabbed their guns while Jessie walked inbetween the two with Zemo, so Sam went in first. They walked into a lab where there a song was playing loudly, they walked around until they saw a man with these chemicals

"Doctor Nagel?" Sam questioned as he stopped the music

"Who are you? What do you want?" He asked

"We know you created the super soldier serum"

"Get out of my lab!" Nagel told Sam as he walked off towards Jessie and Bucky, stopping dead still as he saw them

"You know how he is right? And her?" Sam asked Nagel
"This is Baron Zemo, I know you've heard of him too, right?" Sam said, holding Nagels arm
"You seem like a pretty smart guy so you better become conversational real quick" Sam said, keeping him opposite Jessie and Bucky

"How about a counter proposal? Make me a better offer and I'll talk" Nagel said with a growing smirk

"Guys, we have company" Sharon stated over comms. Bucky grabbed Nagel and took him over to a chair, throwing him in it as he held a gun at his head while Jessie stood behind the chair with her powers ready
"Every bounty hunter in the city is here, we gotta go" Sharon warned them, so Bucky shot the gun just behind Nagel but infront of Jessie

"Okay, okay! I was  brought into Hydras Winter Solider program to pick up their work after the five failed test subjects in Siberia. When Hydra fell, I was recruited by the CIA... they had blood samples from an American test subject with semi-stable traces of serum in his system. After much labor, I was able to isolate the necessary compounds in his blood , I was a god! I did what no other scientist since Erskine was able to do but mine was going to be different. No clunky machines or jacked up bodies, mine was going to be subtle, optimised, perfect"

"How have we never heard about this?" Sam asked

"Because, before I was able to complete my work, I turned to dust... then when I returned, it was 5 years later. The program had been abandoned so I came here. The Power  Broker was more than happy to fund the recreation of my work"

"How many vials did you make?"

"20"

"Karli Morgenthau stole those so... I can only imagine what the Power Broker has planned for that poor girl" Nagel stated

"Where's Karli now?"

"I don't know where she is but a couple of days ago she called and asked if I can help someone named Donya Madani. The poor woman has tuberculosis, typical of overpopulation in displacement camps like that"

"Well, what happened to her?"

"Not my pig, not my farm" Nagel shrugged

"Is there any serum in this lab?" Bucky asked before holding the gun right against Nagels head

"No" Nagel answered

"Now what?" Bucky asked, moving the gun away as Jessie walked to stand next to Bucky

"Guys, we're seriously outta time here" Sharon said as she ran in, allowing Zemo to shoot Nagel

"No!" Sam yelled while Jessie moved to see if she could heal Nagel. She got blasted backwards by the explosion but put protective barriers around all of them as they got hit. Jessie took a second before she opened her eyes, looking to see the tiny scalpel in her flesh arm. She removed it and stumbled up ever so slightly as she stopped the blood from trickling down her skin

"Jess!" Bucky yelled, looking back to  see her. He grabbed her arm and dragged her behind him and Sam. Bucky tugged her suddenly just as the stairs blew up below her. She jumped and landed in Buckys grip before he took her outside to Sam and Sharon
"Alright, wait for my signal!" Bucky said but Sam started shooting
"Damn it" He muttered as Jessie tried to use her powers, only for Sharon to grab her and walk her behind Bucky and under the container

"I'm out" Jessie said as she faintly then could hear Sam and Bucky arguing. She relaxed a little just as the pipeline blew up, causing her to on instinct force herself to put up another barricade as Bucky grabbed her. She soon released it as she hissed in pain from the bruising spreading

"Jess, are you okay?" Bucky asked her

"I'm... okay" She nodded faintly as blood trickled down from her nose.

"Come on, let's go!" Sharon said as Bucky grabbed Jessie's arm and dragged her through the cargo.

"I'm okay, let go" She told Bucky, he did so only for Sharon to grab her as Sam opened a container and they went inside while Bucky sorted out the people. Sharon sat Jessie down for a second as Jessie looked at the wounds on Sharon's face
"You look really injured" Jessie stated

"It can heal naturally" Sharon told her as Bucky came inside and Sam closed the door. Jessie kept fighting off the urge to fall asleep as she heard Sam and Bucky walking to the otherwise, Bucky punching the doors wide open. Sharon took Jessie with her as a car pulled up around the corner

"Supercharged" Zemo said as he stopped infront of them

"You're going back to jail" Sam stated

"Do you want to find Karli or not?" Zemo asked

"Hes right, we need him... theres three of us and at least 20 of them. Come on" Bucky said, getting in the front while Sam helped Jessie into the back

"Fine, but if you try that shit again..." Sam warned Zemo

"I wouldn't dream of it" Zemo answered

"Well, that was one hell of a reunion" Sharon stated as she closed the door behind Sam

"Are you coming back to the stated with us?" Sam asked her

"I can't. Just get me that pardon you promised me" Sharon said as she walked off

"Thanks for everything" Sam said as he slid down the seat, seeing Jess had her head rolled back a little
"You're not gonna move your seat up, are you?" Sam asked him

"No" Bucky answered as they left

They arrived on the jet,
"I think I get why she is so exhausted now" Zemo stated, looking at Jessie to see how exhausted she was

"I will literally end your life with my pinky if you speak about me again" Jessie threatened
"I just need the energy" Jessie said as she curled up, hardly keeping her eyes open

"What is going on with this weird thing you are all doing?" Bucky asked as he sat next to his sister

"What thing?" Sam shrugged

"This thing about my sister" Bucky glared at him as he pointed at her

"There is no thing, James... just assholes being assholes" Jessie answered as she saw a message from Rhodey come through, waking her up a little more with a smile but she replied before she fell asleep with her head against Bucky after he sat down next to her
