Robin's POV
Me and Batman are in the batmobile on our way to save Montoya. We arrive at Arkham Island, we see the shootout happening. Me and Batman get out of the car. The Children of Arkham aim their guns at us. Batman throws his batarangs at them as I throw my shurikens at them. One of them runs at Batman with a knife, he moves out the way. Batman then breaks his arm. Another tries to punch me, but I block, then headbutt him. Another pulled out a batarang that was through his shoulder and threw it at Batman, but Batman caught it. Montoya takes the chance and hits him in the back of the head with her gun, knocking him down.
Montoya: I got this one. Batman, Robin, look out!
One of the thugs was picking up his gun. Me and Batman both run at him, he starts shooting us, I activate the shield on my staff to block the shots. Then Batman turned his gun toward the barrels, making the barrels explode, then Batman picked up the thug and slammed him on the ground. Everyone was dealt with. Batman looks at Montoya.
Batman: It's over. Drop the gun.
Montoya: Look, I promise I'm not gonna shoot you, okay? I used to think you two were a threat. But... I was wrong. We all have much bigger problems right now. I'm sorry.
Robin: It's okay. It's in the past. We forgive you.
Montoya: Thank you... means a lot coming from you. I don't know what I was thinking, coming out here alone. I nearly blew it.
Batman: Good instincts, but you need to think things through. Be patient. Don't rush. We may not be there to save you next time.
Montoya: Yeah. I own you big for this one. I still don't understand how they knew I was coming.
We hear a voice from one of the thugs radios.
Thug: Heads up. The cops just sent three black-and-whites to stop our guys going after Dent.
Batman walks over and grabs it.
Thug: From the chatter, sounds like Gordon's with 'em.
Montoya: Someone's gotta help Gordon. They know he's coming. Go. I'll see what I can find here. I'm not giving up on this.
Me and Batman get in the batmobile. Batman drives us out of Arkham Island.
