Robin's POV
We made it to the Vale house. We find the basement.
Batman: Heading to the basement.
Lucius: Be careful.
Robin: We will.
We start walking down the basement. Then we hear a gun on the stairs. Batman gets on the wall as I just stay behind. Batman gets back on the stairs.
Lucius: Batman! Robin!
Batman: We're alright.
We finish walking down the stairs.
Batman: There's no one here, no Alfred.
Lucius: Damnit.
Robin: There's blood on the walls. We're going to see what we can find.
Lucius: Standing by.
I feel the blood on the wall.
Robin: Blood hasn't congealed yet...
Lucius: Means we can't be far behind them.
We see a blood trail. Batman scans it.
Robin: There's a boot print in the blood.
Batman: Lady Arkham's soldiers dragged him... The trail stops at the wall. Actually... it goes under it.
Lucius: Sounds like there's more to this basement then it would appear.
Batman: Taking a closer look.
Robin: The wall is a fake.
Batman: Lets find out what the Vales were hiding...
Batman kicks down the wall. We proceed through.
Batman: There's a small room... with a hole in the floor.
There is a grate covering the hole. Batman pulls it off.
Batman: I'm going inside.
Robin: I'll stay up here.
Batman drops down, I don't hear anything from him.
Robin: Batman?
Lucius: Bruce? What's down there? Do you see Alfred?
Batman: No... It's some kind of... torture chamber. Shackles, belts... blood.
Lucius: What?
Robin: Oh my...
Batman: Vicki... She was kept down here. Locked away.
Robin: That explains why she's who she is today... and why she killed the Vales....
Lucius: Who could do that to her child?
Batman: The Vales' foster children may have not been the only ones to suffer here. We followed Alfred's blood into this hole. If he he'd any opportunity at all-- he'll have left us a clue.
Robin: Has to be.
He stays quiet, then he speaks.
Batman: There are drawings... Vicki must have drawn them when she was a prisoner. The chalk here is different... Newer...
Robin: Newer? Alfred must've drawn something down there.
Short Timeskip
Batman scanned all of the clues Alfred put.
Batman: Alfred left me another clue... This is what he wanted me to find. To see.
Robin: What is it?
Batman: The newest chalk -- he's added to an old drawing of Arkham Asylum. He drew figures outside the gate. Like they're running away... The words highlighted are "she," "will," and "liberate."
Alfred: "She will liberate"? I don't see what that has to do with Alfred.
Batman: Alfred's just along for the ride. She's been using Wayne Enterprises to get access to the buildings with Wayne Tech security systems. Including Arkham Asylum. She's going to open the doors. Release the inmates. And she took Alfred with her.
Robin: We can't let that happen!
Batman: Lucius, call Gordon and the GCPD.
Lucius: I'm on it.
Batman: Lady Arkham won't be expecting us -- we'll catch her by surprise.
Batman grapples back up.
Batman: Let's go.
Robin: Right behind you.
We head back to our rides.
