POV: Normani's

I smiled at her for being so protective and caring. I put the jacket on and she helped me out of the car. She made sure that the car was locked before she held my hand and lead me inside

"Hi, can I get a table or two please? Can it be on the roof top?" Y/N asked the lady at the front desk who nodded politely before leading us up a flight of stairs and chose a table by the rails so we could look down at the surroundings

"Thank you" Y/N and I chorused and with that, the waitress left

Y/N pulled out my chair and I blushed at the gesture before whispering a soft thank you. She sat across from me and we picked up our menu

I wasn't gonna order anything expensive so I stayed on the lower prices page, as I did I felt eyes on me. When I looked up I locked eyes with Y/N. "What? Is there something on my face?" I asked trying to brush off whatever it was

"No, do you think I'm stupid?" She asked

"I- uhm...no, why-"

"Normnai turn the page and order from that side" she said, her cheek bone clenching as she looked that me

"I don't want to press-" I stopped myself when I saw her get up from her seat. She walked over to me and stood behind my chair and leaned into my ear

"Babygirl...your testing me, I suggest you be a good girl and listen to daddy. Order the food, whatever your heart desires or I will. Either way your going to eat" she husked as her fingers trailed along my collar bone

A shiver ran up my spine at her voice and the feeling, I nodded and she kissed my ear before going back to her seat

"What are you planning to do when your done with school?" Y/N asked

I don't even know what time it is but I know we've been here for quite sometime. The dinner was great, Y/N and I ended up ordering king crabs and jumbo shrimps. We talked about life and other stuff as we enjoyed the night

"I'm going straight to the studio. I have this dream of being a singer, a big time performer and travel the world" I beamed with an ear to ear smile on my face

For the first time I saw Y/N smile "I like when you smile, you should smile more" I added

"Well keep staying beautiful and a ray of sunshine and I will" she replied making me blush

"Are you ready to go?" She asked as she stood up, I nodded and she called over the waitress and paid her

"Let's go shall we?"

"Yes but my hands smell like seafood" I giggled, she ushered me to the restroom and we both washed our hands before heading back to the car

I sighed when we pulled out of the parking lot of Red Lobster

"You alright?" She asked glancing over me as she used her right hand to stir the steering wheel, which I might add is hot

"Yeah, I'm just...I don't want the night to end yet, I've been having so much fun with you" I answered

Just as I said that, the rain started pouring out of nowhere

I slowed down and turned the wipers on so I could see properly

"Its raining" Normani gasped with a grin on her face before I could reply she pulled the car door and jumped out of the car
