"May I help you?" I questioned wondering who the hell this man think he is leaning up on my shit

"Yes you can" he answered and I knew that voice like the back of my hand

"Look, the paparazzi are famous at this place, so I'm gonna make this short. I'm stepping down from my record label and I've seen and heard your work, I think you're perfect for the spot. I need you to fill my shoes, I'll still be there but virtually but you'll be there overseeing and taking over for me" Jay-Z said

"You want me to take over Roc Nation?" I asked dumbfounded

"Pretty much yeah, the one in this state of course"

"I mean I'd love that-"

"Great, be there by 10 tomorrow. I'll have to show you the ropes and stuff, here's my number just in case you change your mind or anything" he said and with that he walked off

I stood in the parking lot shocked at what just happened. It was when I felt the food starting to slip I came back to reality and caught it before it could fall

I got in the car and went home to share the news with Normani

When I made it home Normani was in the shower

I quickly placed the food and the pills on the kitchen island before rushing into the bathroom

"Mani guess what?!" I yelled

She screamed and then I heard a thud. I pulled the curtains back and saw Normani sitting in the tub rubbing her eyes

"It burns" she groaned and I helped her get the soap out of her eyes

When I did she punched me in the arm then started smiling and pecking my lips before rolling her eyes and closing the shower curtains

"I guess I'll wait then" I stated before leaving the bathroom

I got the food out in the mean time and set her pills beside hers. 15 minutes passed and Normani came down in a pair of my sweats and one of my spots bras

"That's too small for you" I said referring to the bra

"So...it makes my boobs pop" she answered before doing this chest movement which made her titties jiggle

"I bought us some waffle house" I added and pulled out her chair for her to sit

As we ate breakfast we talked some more about our future plans and so on
