Time skip: 1 month later

Y/N and Normani layed awake naked, holding each other not ready to get up just yet

The alarm went off for the 5th time as a result of them snoozing it ever since they got up

"Alright baby, it's time to get up. I've got work and you've got studio time" Y/N said before yanking the covers off her girlfriend

Normani curled up into a ball when the cold air hit her warm body. Y/N couldn't help but smack her exposed ass cheek before soothing it

As predicted, Normani moaned at the contact and gave her girlfriend a well known look

"Not now baby, later. Oh and remember you have your doctor's appointment at 2:30 today" Y/N announced as she got out of the bed

She leaned in to give Normani a quick kiss before walking into the bathroom

The two got ready to start their day; doing their morning routine, getting dressed, eating breakfast then left for work

As Y/N walked into the company everyone got quiet as they gazed at the couple walking into the building. Some making heart eyes at Normani and some at Y/N, a few at both of them and of course some glared

They made it to the studio and Y/N appointed the best of the best at the company to work with Normani while she attended to other things

Its been a month of this; studio time. Normani has been spotted with Y/N out in public by the paparazzi and Y/N has admitted that Normani is a star in the making under Roc Nation's label

"You ready?" Kehlani asked as she got the track ready

"Born ready" Normani replied as she grabbed the headphones in the booth

"Okay, so let's pick up where he left off" Kehlani said to which Normani nodded

"I've been so into your mystery
Is it because of our history?
Are you into me?..." she sang

Two thirty came around and Normani made her way to her doctor's office for her appointment after alerting Y/N she was leaving

She was slightly nervous for what she was about to hear. She hasn't been feeling well for the past weeks; feeling nauseous, headaches, cramps and extreme fatigue

She also feared that the doctor will conclude what's been at the back of her mind. Normani hadn't been on her pills since before her graduation and her mind raced back to the night that she did graduate and all the time times afterwards

Shaking off her nerves, Normani got out of her car and made her way into the building, she didn't have to wait long as her doctor was seated and awaiting her arrival

"Mr. Lewis, sorry I'm late..." Normani greeted as she walked into the familiar room she has been going to since she was a toddler

He did all that was necessary and Normani waited on her results as she sat on the examination table. Her leg visibly shaking, only one person could calm her down right now and if Y/N were here she'd probably be even more nervous

"The results are in...thank God for modern day technology am I right?" Mr. Lewis chuckled as he walked in

When he didn't get a response he cleared his throat and opened the envelope that held the most important thing in the world to Normani right now

"It says here...that Normani Kordei Hamilton- that's a very unique name" he said getting off topic

"Just say it damn it!" Normani yelled before going back to biting her nail

"Congrats your 4 weeks pregnant" the doctor said and gave her the paper for her to see for herself

She didn't know whether to cry, jump or scream. Normani sat there frozen in her spot

POV: Y/N's

"Hey babygirl" I greeted as I walked into the living room

Today was very exhausting for me. Going through the list of artists I have and catching up on their working progress

"Hey" Normani answered not tearing her gaze from her phone

'Okay' I thought before shrugging and heading into the kicthen

My baby cooked. I grinned when I saw the pots on the stove. I quickly washed my hands before grabbing a plate and began to dish out my dinner

"You ate already baby?" I asked as I noticed the rice hadn't been touched

"Not hungry" Normani answered and I was more than concerned

This girl eats right around the clock and for her to say she's not hungry after my cooking is very mysterious

I placed my plate on the kitchen counter and covered back the pot before making my way over to the couch where Normani was

As soon as I sat beside her she locked her phone

"What's up with you?" I asked looking at her weird before glancing at her phone which she was slowly pushing under her leg

"Nothing. How was your day?" She asked changing the subject

"Normani don't change the subject. What're you hiding? Is it because of you appointment today? What did the doctor say? Talk to me" I said trying to reason with her

"Its not importan-"

My patience ran out and I swiftly grabbed her phone before running into the nearest room and closed the door behind me

"Y/N give me my phone!" She yelled and she banged on the door repeatedly

I ignored her and pulled her phone, we knew each other's passwords so I didn't have trouble unlocking the device.

As soon as I did I was met with a sudden pressure in my back and I heard the door break. Normani grabbed the phone and ran. I was too shocked to run after her

"She did not just break my shit' I thought as I looked back at the clearly broken door to the guest room

"Normani!" I yelled as I angrily made my way to wherever she was

I found her in the closet in our room and I grabbed her by the ankle to pull her over to me

"You betta have a good goddamn reason as to why you broke my door trying to get your phone from me just now" I angrily rushed out as I tightened my grip on her leg

"Y/N/N stop. Your scaring me" she whimpered as her eyes started to get glossy

I sighed and walked out of the room, slamming the door behind me

I decided to sleep on the couch not wanting to be near her right now. I got a pillow and blanket from the guest room and got comfortable on the couch only for my stomach to growl

Angrily, I got up and dished out my dinner then ate before freshening up for bed

I was halfway asleep when I heard familiar footsteps approaching me. Soon I felt her standing over me, then the covers being lifted off my body which was shortly followed by her laying on top of me

"I'm sorry but I don't know how to tell you that I'm pregnant" she whispered as she hid her face into my neck
