Review

I'm sitting in a chair and silently observing them while they're talking infront of me. Their practice room is just like the usual classroom, the only difference is that this one has aircon and their instruments. Mayroon ding mini stage sa harap at nag kalat naman ang mga upuan sa likod. The front part is cleaned though.

"Alam ko nag kakilala na tayo nung friday pero gusto lang namin na pormal na mag pakilala sayo,"  Caleb, their leader, said.

Earlier when I got here with Levi, a lot of students are greeting and congratulating me. Even Levi congratulate me when I got outside of our house.

I saw him again with his slightly damp hair and cleaned uniform. Napansin ko din ang I.D ko na suot-suot niya.  He look at me then smiled, "Congrats. I know you're gonna win."

I rolled my eyes. Dissatisfied because of what he said. He can clearly congratulate me yesterday kahit through text lang pero hindi niya ginawa!

His eyes widened because of my reaction, "Ang aga aga ang sungit mo," He said then chuckled.

"Tsk."

Iniwan ko siya at pumauna ng naglakad. Sinundan niya ako habang natatawa. I hate him!  Ano bang nakakatawa?! Naiinis ako kagabi dahil kahit na ang daming nag message sa akin, congratulating me, I'm just there waiting for his message that never came! Tapos ngayon mag papakita siya dito, tawang tawa?!

"What's your problem, hmm?" He said and tried to meet my gaze but I'm avoiding it.

Hinala niya ang  kamay ko dahilan ng pag katigil namin sa paglalakad. Kunot-noo ko itong binalingan, kanina ay natatawa siya pero ngayon he looks so serious.

"Anong problems?"

I look away, "Wala."

"Wala? Pero ang sungit sungit mo? I congratulated you but you ignored me."

I smiled at him without humor. His forehead creased because of my reaction.

"You congratulated me just now? I understand that maybe you are busy last night but a single 'congratulation' text won't take up too much  of your time kaya bakit?! Bakit ngayon lang?! I was damn waiting last night! Hindi ko alam kung nakalimutan mo o baka hindi mo alam na nanalo ako or sinasadyao!" Sabi ko, hinihingal pa pagkatapos.

At last, nalabas ko nadin ang sama ng loob ko. 

He remained serious and dark. He's looking me straight to the eyes, tila tinatanya ang reaksyon ko.

"I was busy thinking last night about what Kairi said. It was past midnight when I opened my phone and saw you won. I was about to message you pero naalala ko 'yung sinabi ni Kai at nababadtrip lang ako." He explained calmly, opposite of how I outburst earlier.
