Two guards led Jake through the halls in the Ark, soon stopping at the end of a hall, seeing a few guards, Wells, Jaha and Abby all there. Jake smiles slightly upon seeing his wife, the two hugging one another tightly when the guards released the cuffs off of him.

"You have to warn them, Abby." Jake whispers to her.

"Oh, Jake, stop." Abby demands in a whisper.

"Oh, the Ark's dying. There's no choice." Jake states.

"Yes, there is. There's Earth. We'll at least have a chance." Abby suggests as they pull away.

The doors behind her open up, the same place Jake will go into to get floated in. Holding his wife's hand, Jake places his wedding ring in her palm.

"Here. Hang on to that." Jake says before taking off his watch. "Give this to Clarke." The man then takes a bracelet. "And... Give this to Y/n and tell them that I—"

"Dad!" Clarke and Y/n's voices were heard from behind them.

Abby rushes over to her daughters, who were both being held back by some guards. Wells rushes forward, trying to push the guards off of his two best friends, looking protective of the girls.

"It's okay." Jaha calls to the guards.

Once they were let go off, the sisters ran towards their dad, wrapping their arms around him, feeling him instantly hug back, tears falling down all their cheeks. Once they pull away, Jake hands his watch to Clarke and his bracelet to Y/n.

"Here. Keep those for me." Jake whispers to them.

"Jake, it's time." Jaha cuts in.

Abby walks over to her daughters and husband as Jake kisses the teenagers head, then hugging his wife and pecking her on the lips one last time. When they pull away, he looks to his daughters with sad eyes and a sad smile.

"I love you, kids." Jake tells them.

"I love you." They reply.

The man then walks into the small room, the doors closing behind him. Abby wraps her arms around her daughters, all three of them staring at their husband and father, who stares back. Suddenly, the doors behind him open up and Jake flies back and out into space, forever killing him.

Both girls let out loud sobs as they lean against their mom. Meanwhile, Jaha walks off, Wells following his father after giving his best friends one last glance. Abby cradles her daughters heads, soothing them through their cries.

"I'm so sorry." Y/n croaks out.

"Sweetheart, it's not your fault. Neither of yours." Abby assures.

Clarke and Y/n were kneeling side by side at Jasper's bedside, Finn and Monty on the other side of Jasper while Octavia was right near his head, stroking his hair. Y/n soon hands a cup of water that they had mixed in with the seaweed to her sister, Clarke then leaning over Jasper, getting the boy to take a gulp of it.

"I'm really sorry about Atom." Clarke tells Octavia.

"I guess we're gonna have to get used to people dying down here, aren't we?" Octavia questions, then looking down at Jasper. "But not you. You hear me? You're not allowed to die."

The others smiles at her before they disperse, all resting in the dropship, talking to one another. However, Y/n and Clarke had other plans. Hand in hand, they walked out of the dropship and to where they knew Wells was, soon seeing the boy digging in the dirt with a shovel, clearly making a grave for Atom.

"Wells?" Clarke calls, catching his attention. "I know we probably don't deserve it, but Y/n and I need to know the truth."

"It was our mom. Wasn't it?" Y/n asks. "She's the one who told your dad."

"We didn't want to believe it. We... We couldn't. We blamed you because our father's dead. And it's our mother's fault. Isn't it?" Clarke questions.

"Wells... please." Y/n pleads when they didn't get a reply.

"I knew how you two would feel. I wanted to--" Wells begins.

"To protect us." Clarke finishes, nodding.

"So, you let us hate you." Y/n states with tears in her eyes.

"What are friends for?" Wells asks in a whisper.

"How can you forgive us?" Y/n questions.

Wells smiles slightly at them. "This is already done."

And with that, he pulls both girls into his chest, letting them sob against him as he holds his friends... best friends against him, gently patting their backs. Eventually, they left the boy and walked back to the dropship, hearing a familiar voice when they climbed up the ladder.

"Was that a dream or did I get speared?" Jasper's voice asks.

"You'll have a very impressive scar to prove it." Clarke replies, both of them smiling at him.

Jasper smiles at them. "My saviors."

"Thank you for not dying." Clarke says.

"I don't think we could've taken that today." Y/n adds.

"I'll try not to die tomorrow, too, if that's cool." Jasper jokes, causing them all to chuckle.

Glancing upwards, Y/n's e/c eyes meet Finn's, seeing him staring at her with a small, relieved smile. Slowly, she gives him a little one back, happy that Jasper was alright.
