The night sky was now up, replacing the grey-ish-blue sky that had been up the entire day. A fire had been made to keep the campers all around the camp warm. Chatter could be heard as most teenagers were still hooked up on the nuts they had all eaten earlier in the day, the three teenagers that hadn't been eating them only hoping that they'd all calm down from it soon enough.
Finn and Y/n stood near one fire that had been made, dumping the nuts in the flame before placing the empty bag back into the bin that laid beside them. Raven stood a few feet in front of them as she was hugging a boy, known as Connor, who held a giant grin as Raven repeated the same words over and over again to him.
"Tell me again." Connor says.
"You are the most beautiful broom in a broom closet of brooms." Raven repeats once again.
The boy lets out of what sounded to be a hum and a squeal as he hugs the Reyes girl again, to which she hugs back, letting out a small sigh while doing so. Hearing sobbing behind her, Y/n turns around, seeing a girl wrapped up in a blanket-like thing as she began to head out of camp without even knowing, sobs continuing to leave her.
"I got this one." Y/n assures to Finn who was just gonna step forward.
The Griffin girl grabs the sobbing girl's shoulder, leading her right back to camp to which she obeys, continuing to sob while doing so. Just then, the sound of footsteps caught the girl's attention as she looks over just in time to see a familiar bruised and cut up face stumbling against a tree.
It was the grounder.
The grounder was wearing a sweater and a jacket over top, the hood of the red sweater over his bald head. His eyes narrowed on the e/c eyed girl, recognizing her as one of the sisters that had let Bellamy torture him for the cure that they needed for Finn during the hurricane. Y/n's eyes went wide a bit before she stepped back, motioning to the forest right behind them.
The grounder's eyes were still narrowed on her but he seemed to be a bit surprised when she let him go. Stepping to the directions they needed to go, both continued to stare at one another in case if the other was gonna try something. Once being right by the forest, the grounder spun around and sped off and away from the camp while Y/n watched his retreating figure until it was too dark to see.
Later in the evening, many teenagers were huddled together, lots of them having blankets wrapped around themselves for warmth as a few more fires were made. Everyone in the camp had gone back to normal, some of them speaking about what had happened earlier in the day when they were all high off the nuts. Raven could be seen beside a girl, the girl's head rested on the Reyes girl's shoulder as Raven patted her shoulder.
