"Can't say I have, sorry little girl." Uncle Gao shook his head and went back to sorting his fish. "And that'll be 2,000 mora."

You've been dating the maple leaf man for several months, but neither of you had the time to go on many dates. The two do you don't even lie in the same bed at night. He slept in a cabin in Beidou's boat while you lived with Hu Tao, (because you can't function without friends).

The sun was penetrating through your skin as you walked your way back to the funeral director to present to her the fresh fish, occasionally asking a few others if they have seen your significant other.

"(Y/N)! You're back! Anyways, you know what just happened? A short guy with white hair drowned somewhere! Well it was Captain Beidou that told me that, I dunno if it's reliable though..." Hu Tao rambled, taking the fish from my hands and placing it in the fridge.

You dropped your keys. Could it be Kazuha..?

"Tell me Hu Tao, where is the body?!" You interrogated, shaking her body.

"U-Um... h-he's still in the hospital on Gunyun...but we might have an order soon?" Hu Tao said, giving you a weird look as you caught her off guard.

"Alright, I'll be back by tomorrow."

You took off to Gunyun Island shortly, Kaeya/Chongyun/Ayaka bridging your way there.

"Oh goodness, this hospital is so dusty..."

Your ears perked up as you heard a familiar voice. It was Beidou's deep, feminine voice. The more you hear her talk with a certain someone, the more anxious you got.

"Could it be Kazuha that's....Nono, let's not be negative."

You tiptoed in the halls, and knocked on one door the doors.

"Come in."

The door let out a quiet creek, as you peered by the door to see Beidou standing, arms crossed with visible distress on her face. There were tables, a couch, a TV, and a hospital bed with curtains covering the bed.

"Oh, (Y/N)? I sure didn't expect it'd be you. Come, I'm guessing Hu Tao told you about the bad news. Well, good news for the two of you."

"Beidou, how is this good news?! He's dead!" You bit your inner cheek, seeing some white hair poking out of the hospital bed.

You rushed over, sitting next to Beidou.

"(Y/N), you don't know hi-"

"Kazuha is dead..?" You whimpered, looking at Beidou with teary eyes.

"Huh? Kazuha?" Beidou stifled a laugh.

"I'm alive dear."

You turned around to see Kazuha shaking his head, smiling at his adorably stupid girlfriend.

"Kazuha!" You squealed, wrapping both of your arms around his waist still sitting.

"U-Um...(Y/N)...ah..." Kazuha blushed, covering his hand over his face.
