Song: Can You Feel My Heart - Bring Me The Horizon

I shut my eyes tight, bracing myself for the long fall when I felt a hot grasp on my arm. It pulled me to safety. Relief, and at the same time, disappointment swallowed me whole. I caught my breath and forced a glance at the owner of the hand still grasping mine. It was Ginny's.

"Are you okay?" She was out of breath too and I guessed equally as relieved though I couldn't understand why. "I didn't mean to do it, I panicked and used the wrong words. Please please forgive me, I didn't mean any of it, I just wanted to slow you two down."

I heard her but couldn't take in any of her words. My eyes traveled to the icy blonde head wrapped in the bottom half of my uniform. The dark blood drowned the white fabric. He was still not moving. After what felt like a long moment of silence, Ginny spoke.

"I'm sorry, I'm really so sorry," she cried.

"He's fine." I noticed that my wand was still pointed towards her.

"Hermione, she's over here!" Yelled a voice from the end of the parted sea of objects. Everything around us was now either destroyed or partly on fire. "Ginny, move away from her," said the same voice.

"Harry, don't." She bolstered herself up before running towards him.

"Did she hurt you?" He reached for the wand leaning on his right ear. "Why are you bleeding?"

"It's nothing." But he definitely didn't seem to think so because soon enough I hit a stone-hard sculpture on the other end of the room. A few pieces of glass flew off my red-coated skin, but my hand, which I placed behind my head just in time, was beginning to turn into a dark shade of purple.

"Why did you tell her to do it? Why did you tell Marietta?" He yelled from across the room and prowled towards me. Ginny did not move, it was as though she were stuck, charmed in place. She was very curious about my answer because she did not speak or object.

"What?"

"Your father works for the ministry, doesn't he? Is that why you told her? Why you ratted us out?"

"I don't know what you're-" Another invisible blast of energy headed towards me and the stone head of a marble woman fell onto my lap.

"Harry, relax!" Ginny's yell was muffled by the sound of glass breaking somewhere in the labyrinth. The rest of them were getting closer and I was completely defenseless. I scanned the room, searching for weapons, anything that would give me the slightest advantage.

"Do you know how much you've cost us? How much we've lost because of you?"

I stood up. No arrows, no knives, no ropes, nothing. Spell-work it was, then.

"Stupefy!"

The spell didn't travel ten feet before it was redirected. I tried another, and another, and another, until the entire space between us was covered in jets and sparks flying about like some twisted display of midnight fireworks. I could feel how much stronger he was. I knew I was going to lose.

It didn't take long until he knocked me off my feet again and I hit the marble ground, hard. My wand slipped away and I was left sprawled in the cold ground like some pathetic cockroach. He prowled closer and closer and I backed away like scared prey. Would they believe me? Or have they already made up their minds?

I stared at Draco, he was still unmoving and silent. I hated myself for wanting him to somehow save me, for hoping that he would. I scanned the walls of the labyrinth again. Stools and cabinets weren't strong enough, I needed something threatening that would scare them away. But there was nothing, nothing but piles and piles of useless junk. Just as I was ready to give up, my eyes caught a tiny silver light in the distance. What could that be?
