EMMA'S POV
Thursday 2nd December 12:02 pm

I sighed while jumping into bed

I really need to stop training so hard, my whole body is aching. and that's the last thing I thought before I drifted off to sleep until...

"boom!" the sudden sound echoed through the house

I never have gotten up out of bed that fast in my life, as I ran as fast as I could to my mother's room to see if she is okay.

I busted her door down and I saw my mum on the floor with a bullet through her appendix

"oh my god mum!" I shouted while running towards her

when I got to her, and I put her head on my legs for comfort with tears in my eyes

"e-Emma" she breathed out

"yes mama..?" I called back to her

"in the closet, there is a loose floorboard... o-open it" she whispered in my ear

I nodded my head "please don't leave me" I sobbed out quietly

"its o-okay baby... I love you"

"I love you too..."

and within that, my mum took her last breath. I wiped my face and left her room to see if anyone is still in the house...

I checked every inch of the house and nothing. the bastard wasn't here anymore.

I walked back towards my mother's room and went to her closet, I opened up a loose floorboard and I saw a box

I pulled the box out of the floorboard and opened it

"fuck" I whispered to myself

there were files with some notes and... a picture, the picture had my mother in it holding a little boy with 4 other little boys in front of her and she stood next to a man holding a baby little girl... me.

I place the letter down and picked up a letter what has my name on it. I open it and it says

"Emma, if your reading this it means I have sadly passed. there is still so much you need to learn like...  you have a father and brothers I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner but I just wanted to protect you, your father is called 'Lorenzo D'Angelo' and he was the Spanish mafia boss. his address is in the box I want you to go there and give your brothers and father a letter each which is also in the box. it just explains why I took you and ran away. there's money in the box as well so get a plane to Spain and go to the address in the box
I love you  princesa      love mum"

well shit.   little does my mother know I already know that the D'Angelo family is in the Spain mafia I just didn't know I was in it.

I run to my room and pack a bag with all my weapons, clothes and the box that had all the letters in it. ok so the plan is to go to Spain, deliver the box and letters and then leave because there is no chance I'm staying there long

"por el Amor de Dios, Madre, las Cosas Que hagro por ti" I whispered to myself

for fuck sake mother, the things I do for you

I got changed into a hoodie and leggings and out a gun behind my back that fits perfectly

I picked up my phone and called the cops saying the house got robbed and someones had gotten shot I then hang up and go back to my mother's room and kiss her on the forehead...

I then make my way to my car and start the engine and drove off 'im going to miss you, mama' i think to myself

on the way to the airport, I connected my phone to my car and called my pilot Andrew and told him that we are going to Spain

let's just say being 'the shadow' the best assassin in the world has good money

I make my way to the private jet and let Andrews's assistant take my bags, I sit down in the plane nervous but I don't show it, my face is emotionless.
