April 6th

I wake up cold, so I put my arm on doms side of the bed to feel it's empty
I open my eyes and saw he's not there so I got up and got dressed
I went downstairs and saw the girls, dom, Nathan and Nate sat down
"morning em" kacey says making everyone's head turn to me and I give them a dry smile
I wabble to the kitchen and got a bottle of water
my back is killing me
I sit down and dom comes over and kisses my cheek "you okay?" he asks noticing my face doesn't look happy
"I blame all that shower sex" I mutter under my breathe but everyone heard it and Dominic chuckled
"it's not funny, you try walk around with a baby inside if you. see how you like it" I say frowning at him
he kissed my head "what time is the scan at?" he asks and I look at the clock to see it's 9:45am
"11"
"okay well I'll go get ready" he says walking up stairs, I turn to kacey and holly
"when I get you that letter you better not tell anyone the gender not even them two" I say pointing to Nate and Nathan
"we won't don't worry" holly says and dom comes back down in a suit, he looks at his watch
"we still have time, Emma follow me" he says making me slowly stand back up and walk upstairs with him holding his hand
we walk into our room and he goes to his bed side table and pulls out a jewellery box and hands me it "happy late birthday baby" he says
making me remember he missed my birthday I look at him with wide eyes. Shit my hormones can't deal with this
I open the box and see a pear of gorgeous diamond earrings, I walk closer to him and kissed him "thank you dom there beautiful" I say
"now wait here" I say walking into the bathroom and pulled out his birthday present
"I'm not the only one who had a birthday" I say walking out handing him the box
he opens it and saw his new brand watch, it had diamonds around it and it was black so it will go with all his outfits
"thankyou baby" he says kissing me
"I'm going to finish getting ready and I'll meet you downstairs" I say kissing him again
he went downstairs and I put the earrings on the bathroom counter and brushed my hair
after about 30 minutes I was ready and I went downstairs to see dom waiting for me, "ready?" he asks and I nod my head yes
we get in the car and drive in silence, its weird how there's only three weeek in between me and kacey
Dominic saw my leg bouncing so he put his hand on my thigh and drove to the hospital
after ten minutes we got there and walked in
we sat down and waited for our name to be called, after five minutes of waiting a lady shouted my name. me and dom got up and followed her in the room shutting the door behind us
we sat down "you ready?" She asks with a bright smile Dominics hand trailed to mine holding it
she lifted my top up and put some gel on my belly, me and dom look at the screen
"okay so I can see..." she starts moving the monitor around on my belly "you have two little baby's in here" she said pointing to two things on the screen showing us
oh wait that's not things that's the baby's.
oh there's two, there's two baby's in me right now
that's why I'm so big. that's why I'm in pain
it's all adding up now and I'm questioning of what made god think I deserved this
