"Let's go get them before they get us banned from the museum." Karl said with a smile, bumping his shoulder against George. George nodded his head with a smile as they made their way across the exhibit to the boys who were still chasing each other.
The four left the museum, climbing into George's car. Dream pulled off his mask and leaned across the arm rest to kiss George's lips. George smiled, opening his eyes to gaze at Dream as he pulled away.
Karl watched the interaction before him from the back seat, a slight smile on his lips. Sapnap looked over to see Karl's smile, turning his attention to the front to see Dream and George. A smile formed across Sapnap's face as he pulled out his phone.
Dream broke his gaze from George as he looked down at his phone, looking suspiciously in the backseat before sitting forward again. George started the car and began merging onto the highway.
"Can you drop Nick and I off at whatever your version of Target is?" Dream asked, a smile now on his lips.
"Yeah, I can take us to a Tesco." George answered confused.
"Just Nick and I. You and Karl can head back to the hotel and get ready for dinner. We'll get a taxi back." Dream continued, giving George's thigh a squeeze.
Karl looked over to Sapnap who was looking out the window. Karl could see his smile in the reflection, interested as to what the two were planning.
"No way. You two are just going to find more Halloween costumes for that stupid video you want to do." George huffed.
"Please? I won't let Dream get any costumes, I promise!" Sapnap pleaded from the back seat.
"Well.." Dream laughed from the passenger's seat, causing George to glare at him before he muttered in agreement.
Karl nudged Sapnap, hoping to be let in on the plan.
"Don't worry about it." Sapnap whispered, leaning over and kissing Karl's cheek before returning his gaze out the window as they pulled up to the store.
Karl held the cheek Sapnap had kissed, watching as he and Dream climbed out of the car and jogged into the store. Karl moved to the front seat, watching as Dream pulled off Sapnap's hat and ruffled his hair before George pulled the car away.
"Do you have any idea what that's all about?" Karl asked, still watching the two through the window.
"Not a clue." George answered, sounding almost slightly annoyed.
George and Karl arrived back at the hotel, walking inside in silence. Both of them were equally confused that they weren't allowed to know what their boys were up to.
"Put on something nice, Dream said he wants to go to some fancy restaurant in West London." George called out before closing the conjoining door to change.
Karl looked over to his dresser, wondering if he had anything nice enough for the evening. Dream seemed to be pulling out all the stops whenever he was in charge of making plans, yet another reason Karl was concerned for whatever he and Sapnap were up to.
Karl changed into the one pair of fitted black dress pants that he packed.
"Crap.." Karl muttered as he looked down to see his only white dress shirt crumpled on the floor, still half inside a crewneck he had worn it under a couple days prior. Karl looked over to Sapnap's dresser, only finding one plain black dress shirt. Karl decided not to wear it, knowing Sapnap was probably planning on using it.
Karl walked over to the conjoining door and knocked quietly. After a minute, George answered, his hair wet and sticking up in all directions, a toothbrush hanging out of his mouth.
