"MARIUM! MARIUM IT'S ARRIVED!" An excited Draco called out from the lower storey, "Hurry up! I want to open them at the same time!"

Marium's eyes blinked wide open in enthusiasm and she immediately hopped from her bed and rushed down the stairs.

The Malfoy twins had had their 11th birthday last month and were anticipating their Hogwarts letters to arrive.

Once the girl reached her family who sat at the dining table, Draco laughed and handed her the letter.

"Ok. One, two, three!" Once Marium finished counting, they both eagerly unwrapped the letters — Draco unwrapping the letter quite messily and Marium unwrapping it neatly.

In unison, the pair reached out for the parchment and silently read it.

"Father." Marium said, facing her father giving a 'seriously?' look.

"Calm down honey. Sorry children, he's all worked up over being the Hogwarts governor." Narcissa smiled, giving kisses on the head to her children.
