CHAPTER 24

I stayed silent for the whole afternoon class, dahil sa sinabi ni Keiran. I know what he said is just a facts, pero hindi ko maiwasan hindi maapektuhan doon.

He knows that my body cannot keep up to his thirst, so maybe he's thinking that we should just stop this. Paano ako nun kapag humanap siya ng ibang makakapag paalis ng uhaw niya? Especially with my feeling for him. I can't help it.

Napatingin ako sa harapan habang nag l-lecture ang prof namin. Keiran didn't talk to me the whole class, pero hindi rin naman ito tumigil sa paglaro at pagamoy ng buhok ko. I just let him do that.

Para na rin hindi siya magtaka o magisip sa mga bagay na pinagduduhan ko sa sarili ko. Why my body is weak anyway? He's a vampire, is it even legal to have feelings for him?

I'm still a little bit confused with my feelings, pero hindi ko maiwasan kung pwede ba talaga kami. Maybe he just keeping me with his because of own need? Because of how I can sustain him.

Nothing more and nothing less. Kaya hindi ko maiwasan makaramdam ng panlulumo dahil doon.

After the class dismissal, agad akong tumayo at inayos ang mga gamit ko. Keiran notice it so he already scoop his own bag, and wait for me. Pero hindi ko ito pinansin, i'm too drive up with what i'm feeling to even feel his intense stare.

Agad akong naglakad sa pwesto ni Bea. She was scooping her own things, pero nang makita ako ay nagtaas ito ng kilay at may mapaglarong ngisi.

"Oh? Uuwi na kayo?" She asked in intriguing manner. Pilit akong ngumiti at umiling dito, and because of that. She immediately notice my sudden move.

"Hey what happened?"

"Uh, wala naman. Susunduin kana ba?"

"Yeah, the driver are already waiting at the parking lot. Wait, is there something bothering you?" She asked, worried now. Umiling ako rito para hindi na magtanong pa.

Magsasalita pa sana ito ng maramdaman namin ang presensya ni Keiran. With his broad chest and arms, everybody could feel his dominating presence. Because of that, Bea can't continue what's she's going to stay.

She just give me a worried look and force herself to nod.

"Aalis na kayo? Okay take care Dawn,"

"You too," Bea kiss me on the cheeks after we bid goodbye to each other. And Keiran just waited us to finish our business.

"Let's go," Keiran said at pina una ako papalabas ng classroom. I didn't react on that. Nang makalabas kami ay sa classroom ay hindi kami nagkikibuan.

It is awkward, and I don't know what to say either. Especially that i'm a bid pissed because of what we talk earlier. Hindi ko kayang makipag plastikan.

The school hallway are full of students, nagp-plano na sa pag uuwian at ang iba naman ay gustong gumala pa kasama ang mga kaibigan. And I know that's fun.

Hinawakan ni Keiran ang pala pulsuhan ko nang muntikan na ako mabangga ng isang estudyante. I wasn't fast enough to avoid it, but Keiran did. Mabuti nalang at nahawakan niya ako, kung hindi ay nagkabungguan na kami.

Keiran threw serious glare at the student who nearly bump me. It get scared and immediately ran away.

Binawi ko na ang kamay ko mula kay Keiran, he look at me because of it. Eyebrows are now frowning, probably confused why am I like this.

Yeah right, bakit nga ba ako ganito? It shouldn't bother me. Infact, i'm not realt sure if we have a same feelings. His action tell me. But what if I misinterpret it? After all he need to be in good terms to me because i'm giving him my blood.
