"Dylan Zakar?" The man asked me. He'd come in just as our group was finishing up. He sat in the corner and waited until the therapist nodded at him and pointed to me.

"Davis. I'm Dylan Davis." I said.

The man looked at me with confusion then checked something on his iPad.

"Of course. Yes, the baby has the Zakar name so I assumed. Can I call you Dylan?" he smiled.

"Sure, and your name?" I smiled.

He was cute. He looked like one of those young personal trainer guys that post thirst-traps of themselves at the gym and try to get you to sign up for virtual training sessions or buy the fitness and nutrition products that are sponsoring them. He was wearing a tight t-shirt with a low v-neck over a tight pair of shorts that showed off his perfect ass.

"Reyk. I am Reyk Cepeda. I will be your monitor for the next month. I wanted to meet with you before. Can you come with me?" Reyk offered me his hand. I took it and he gently pulled me up as if I was made of glass.

He led me up to the lounge where another group of men were sitting around the playscape.

"I will make this juice for you every morning. It has the nutrients and medicine your body will need this first month. You can taste the cafe's version, but I know you'll like mine better." Reyk winked at me and said something to the juice barista in Arabic.

"Eres de Espanya?" I asked him if he was from Spain since he looked european and had a spanish last name.

"I am, but your partner does not speak Spanish so we will use English and Arabic in your home. It is never good to leave him out. You really should get that ring on your finger before the baby comes. Do you refer to him as mate or master? Daddy? What does he like to be called by you? It's important I learn the dynamics of your relationship so I don't offend him." It was a weird question.

"Well his name is Tareq. He seems to like daddy, but I haven't really committed to that yet. I'm from Arizona. I don't speak any Arabic but maybe you can teach me some. It's nice to meet you." I smiled.

He seemed a little preoccupied with pleasing Tareq and they hadn't even met. The barista gave us our juices and we went to a side table near the windows and far from noise.

"Your daddy will be here soon. He said you aren't responding to his texts. You should never leave him waiting or worried! I assured him you are well." Reyk held up his phone to show me texts in Arabic script which meant nothing to me.

"Oh. I didn't connect to the wifi here." I laughed.

Of course my cell didn't work here, but Tareq had been good about connecting me to wifi at his home, and we hadn't really been apart otherwise except for the morning with his mom.

"He is bringing you a new phone that will have service. That should have been done before beginning any of this. He is very worried about you. You should make sure you are always accessible." Reyk seemed displeased.

"Well the whole thing lacked planning, at least on my side!" I joked.

"Dr. Rammat filled me in on that. It is unfortunate, but you must also realize how special you are to be chosen by such a prestigious family. Having a Zakar child means you will never again want for anything. They are good men who follow through with their commitments. I wish I were so lucky." Reyk lit up at the the thought of this.

"Well if any wealthy guy offers you a green pill, take it." I was getting weirded out by this guy.

"Someday! So lets get started. I reviewed your file. A little bit about me. I am from Madrid. I did my nursing degree at the University of Miami, in your country. I've been a pregnancy consultant and delivery nurse for two years. I focus on holistic nutrition and fitness. If you follow what I say, this will be an easy and happy first month." Reyk said.
