Gabby's P.O.V.

"Excuse me, Miss Montez?" Sabi ni Mrs. Judy habang kinatok ang bintana na nasa gilid ko at napa gulat naman ako. "Yes?" Tanong ko at halatang antok na antok pa ako. "Are you done with the conductive research you have been working on? And please examine this sample. Please send the results to me later." Sabi niya at binigay na saakin ang sample kaya naman nag start na akong mag ready sa mga gamit ko para test yung sample na binigay saakin ni Mrs. Judy.

My name is Gabriella Montez, just call me Gabby. I'm 23 years old, turning 24 this December. Tanda ko na.. anyway nag focus na ako sa ginagawa ko at tumingin sa microscope at sa computer kung may problem yung object, nag run ako ng few test dito at nag gather na ng data report para sa sample na binigay saakin. I am a biologist, I study all kinds of things that have a life. May ginagawa akong research about human life and diseases, dahil dito, I have to go to some other hospitals and have a test samples of diseases and run a few test as well, may mga kasama akong other biologists, scientists, pharmacists, and other doctors in this research project, because we are trying to create a new medicine in some diseases that are rarely being treated.

Pumunta na ako sa hallway at pumunta sa office ni Mrs. Judy. "Here is the test samples, and here is my contribution to the study." Sabi ko sakaniya at nag pinasa na ang ginawa ko sakaniya, she looked at my work and smiled. "Excellent work Ms. Montez." Sabi niya, ngumiti naman ako pabalik. "There have been a case going on in Medical City in Clark." Sabi ni Mrs. Judy. "And I want you to be present there. Your research study is connected to the case of that hospital. You and your team will be present there and some other doctors will be there to help. They are conducting a new medicine for a specific disease. Your study can be a help for them." Sabi niya saakin. I agreed and umalis na sa office niya. Pumasok na ako sa laboratory at nakita ang mga research teams ko. "Mag prepare kayo guys, pupunta daw tayo sa hospital sa Clark." Sabi ko sakanila. "Augh.. this research study is never gonna finished." Sabi ni Kath. "It will finished kapag isa sa mga other teams naka-hanap na ng treatment." Sabi ni Danilo. "Gusto ko na talaga matulog." Sabi ni Paolo habang uminom ng kape. Tinapos na namin ang natitira pang gawain at umuwi na kami.

Nasa Manila ako ngayon at dito ako nag tra-trabaho, kaso temporary worker lang ako dito, since ang original work place ko ay nasa New Zealand. Kaso dinala ako dito ng boss ko since Filipino din naman ako, and hindi ako mahihirapan sa language barriers. Napadala ako dito kasi nag partnership ang dalawang kumpanya. Nag rent lang ako ng small apartment dito sa, just one room, na may tv na and study table at isang bathroom at small kitchen, studio type siya. Naligo muna ako, katapos nito nag open na ako ng laptop at tinawag na mga kaibgan ko. "HI GABBY!" Energetic na sabi ni Francine sa laptop screen ko. Kausap ko mga kaibigan ko mostly sa internet na, kasi ang lalayo na nila. Bumalik si Becca sa 2nd home ni David which is USA, at doon na siya nag wowork kasama si David. Si Iana at Kelly naman mag kasama sila sa Dubai at doon din sila nag tra-trabaho. Papalit-palit naman si Lina, kasi last time nasa Ireland siya, then nasa UK, at ngayon nasa Germany naman, based sa kwento niya, needed siya sa mga hospitals doon kaya naman need niya mag move, pero ang main work place niya ay sa Switzerland. Habang si Francine naman ay nag tratrabaho sa Germany. Si Hannah naman ay nasa UK at nag wo-work sa airline ng British Airways one of the most famous airlines in the world, it is the flagship carrier of United Kingdom.

British Airways and Qatar Airways take joint first place as best airline. "Hi Gabby!" Sabi ni Lina na nasa tabi ni Francine, naki tira muna si Lina sa apartment ni Francine since temporary din naman ang stay si Lina sa Germany. "Kamusta na kayo?" Tanong ko. Bigla nalang may pumasok sa video call namin at yun ay yung kambal. "Hi!" Sabi ni Kelly. "Kakauwi ko lang." sabi ni Kelly. "Ok lang naman kami dito. Kamusta naman kayo?" Sagot ni Lina sa tanong ko. "Yo yo wassup!" Lumusot nalang bigla si Hannah. "Papunta na ako sa airport, kaya agad din ako mag end call." Sabi niya. Nag kumpleto din kami nung sumama na si Becca at si Iana sa video call. Nag usap usap lang kami at agad din naman nag end call. Humiga na ako at nag pahinga. Nagising nalang ako nung 5am na, kaya naman nag rush na ako sa pag aasikaso sa bagahe ko.
