"Grian I really don't think this is a good idea, everyone online says this house is haunted," Lizzie said. Grian was leading us down a path that led to a 'haunted' house.
"Lizzie I'm sure it's fine," Joel says, trying to calm Lizzie down
"I don't know Joel, what if there are ghosts there?!" Jimmy says, starting to worry
"I doubt there'd be ghosts there Jimmy," Scott says
"I don't know my dudes but I'm getting creepy vibes already" Ren whispered
"Why are you whispering?" Scar asked
"I don't know" Ren whispered again
"Oh come on guys, you really believe everything you read online? This will be fun, you believe me right Mumbo?" Grian asks me
"Oh uhhh, I guess-"
"See! It's safe come on!" Grian says cutting me off. He starts running down the path
"Wait Grian it might not be safe to go alone!" Jimmy shouts, but Grian has already runoff. We all quickly follow him as we approach the house. It looked haunted and abandoned. Maybe Lizzie was right? We all walked in and Etho closed the door behind us. The inside looked fairly big compared to the outside. There were a few doors near the sides and a giant staircase in the middle. It suddenly felt very cold. It felt like we were getting a breeze. How are we getting a breeze?!
"Guys is it just me or did it just get really cold in here?" I ask, rubbing my hands together for warmth
"Well I mean, it is nighttime so it tends to be colder, but it wasn't this cold outside" Pearl answered. After a few seconds, we heard a short scream before something fell on the ground.
"CLEO" Ren shouted. We all turned around to see Cleo on the floor with blood spilling out her chest. Everyone started panicking, BigB and Ren rushed over to Cleo, Lizzie started saying 'oh my god' over and over again, Joel was trying to calm her down, Etho and Bdubs we're frozen in shock, and everyone else, including me, started crying.
"H-how did that happen" Grian asked
"I was right, I'm never trusting you or Joel ever again oh my god this house is haunted," Lizzie said, still shaking from the shock of Cleo dying. BigB was hugging Cleo while Ren ripped a part of his shirt to try and bandage up Cleo's wound.
Etho walked over and went to check Cleo's heartbeat, "I'm sorry guys but, she's not breathing..."
First Chapter done! Super excited to write this story since I've had this idea for ages!
