It was the day, the day Kakashi is announced as the Fifth Hokage, Naruto was proud of his Alpha, he know he will be a good Hokage as well as it will help them in their planes to have more power and control, make their moves easier but it takes a great part of their time.

The celebration was big, everyone was excited about a new Hokage, some more than others and Kakashi reputation were great, they waiting for great things from him.

Naruto was beside kakashi the whole time, silently supporting and helping so of course after the celebration he joined him to his first council meeting, of course, no one knows he was there, not yet, he used his seals and sage mood to hide between the ANBU guards.

Kakashi was preparing for that meeting and he was ready, he walk-in and set with a blank face, they give a few congratulations then they turn to work " well there are a few matters on the table that need.." Start Koharu only to stop when Kakashi lift a hand.

Kakashi get a seal out and release a big old book on the table " is that the Old book of lows " ask the third in surprise, he didn't see that book since he seal it decades ago, how did Kakashi even find out about it, he wants to know.

" yes indeed, this book has all the goals that had been written by Lord second himself since the start of Konoha, those goals were to be never changed as they the foundation of this village" he explained and open it " I had spent the night memorising every goal with my Sharingan" he holds his smirk as he saw the confusion of most the council and the shock of the older, they know what role he had learned that they didn't want anyone to find out about.

" how?? I had sealed it long ago, it is so fragile to be used " ask the third " the privileges of having an Uzumaki seal master, I only had to describe the seal a little and he made me a counter seal and a key seal, he didn't even ask what I'm doing with it  " he couldn't hold the smirk anymore but thank his mask it was not as obvious," I asked for a better sealing work to be done for the book one that will maintain It and protect it from time affect as well as I plan to copy the book and sell it on me, it should be a new tradition for each Hokage to rewrite the low book and memories it" he nodded to himself over a good idea, ignoring the pissed faces of the soldiers.

They tried to complain, as did the civilian part and some of the clan heads, but kakashi end it by releasing a heavy KI, they don't know who they dealing with but soon they will " I'm the Hokage now, I'm not Lord third, my words are final, the only lows I will follow are those in this book as should you" he dared them to space but no one did, most was mostly shocked, some civilians passed out from the weak KI he was releasing but mostly there was silence.

" now that sorted let's start with the council," he said flipping through the book pages " what you playing at Hatake" ask Danzo treating, not happy with what kakashi was doing, not even min ago was this much of travel this fast, he has to regain control fast or he fears what will happen to his planes.

Kakashi glared at him, with a look that shivers through all their bodies, he was not going to let the older take control of him like the third let them, they should thank kami they still alive not talk to him with that tone of voice " That Hokage same for you, elder, this your first warning, three warnings and I will take it as an official challenge to my status" he warned them.

Eyes looked around in the council room with different looks, from nervous to surprise to even fear, they all know what that means, an official challenge to the Hokage status, it means a fight to either death or a life of shame over the hat, it was never done before in Konoha unless you count Madara fight against the first Hokage. That challenge would be a first and all the clan heads turn to danzon waiting for his answer but the old war hawk didn't survive by now by being hot-headed, he know when to pick his battles, he now his head for now but anger was searching underneath the skin.
