"What happened?" The blonde said, his tone wrapped in worry.

"Is everything okay?" Heeseung said out loud as he put his hand on her shoulder, worried about his new friend. She just stared at the ground before making her way to her bed to join the younger ones.

"Well..... Come with me to know the reason" she said while flashing a smile. The blonde couldn't help but notice the broken smile.

They got out, still a bit worried. It was weird to see the girl being awfully quite. She passed a smile as her and the boys made their way towards her destination. They noticed how the further they went, the little her smile got.

The boys got a bit nervous as they realized where the girl had taken them. Making their way inside, she went to the graves of her parents.

"Hi.... Mom and dad. I know it's surprising that I brought friends with me, especially boys but they're here to meet you." She spoke to the headstones of Mr. And Mrs. Kang.

The atmosphere got dull. The boys saw her pained expression yet a smile was painted on her face. It somehow broke their heart.

"Hi Mr and Mrs Kang. I'm Niki. Our group will make sure your daughter will be happy. We'll make her safe" the Japanese spoke up as he bowed down to the headstones. Jay suddenly ran away making the group startled. They were confused. Even the girl wondered what he was upto.

The blonde came back running and panting. He placed two white roses on their headstone as a regard. The girl was surprised at his gentle action.

"So mum and dad that's it..... Today's your death anniversary. As always I miss you guys so much...... Sometimes it's hard" she spoke up, carefully trying her best not to choke on her own tears.

No matter how strong she was, there was always this little girl inside her who longed for motherly and fatherly love.
The tears burned her eyes. She tried to let her tears stay in but failed really hard.

Suddenly she felt a pair of arms wrap around her. She saw that the boys hugged her, even the blonde joining in on their group hug.

She couldn't help but cry some more. It was her first time. The hug was warm. It felt like she was complete. A layer of serendipity washing over them.

"Awww... Stop crying" Heeseung said as he patted her head. The little gesture made her smile.

"Yeah stop crying. You look ugly" the blonde spoke which lead him to earn a smack on the head from his hyung.
She chuckled at them. Never in her life thought, she would be here like this Infront of her friends.

"Well I hope you know that we'll take care of her." Sunghoon spoke up, looking at the sky as he passed his famous smile. She giggled before speaking.

"So I'll take my leave here. I'll visit you guys soon" she said as she looked at the others, signaling that it's time to go
On their way back they decided to stop at the ice cream parlor.

"Since you guys came with me and met my parents. The treat is on me" she spoke up as they sat down at the table.

"Oh please. It's okay." Sunoo said as he motioned his hand telling her it was completely fine.

"Oh come on. You guys even shared your lunch with me. It's on me" she said while scanning the menu. They placed their order and were now sitting patiently, waiting for their ice creams.

"Looks like it's our turn." She said getting up, looking at the screen which was currently displaying their order number.

"I'll help you" Heeseung said as he went with her. The blonde felt something weird. A weird feeling enveloped him as he just sat there thinking. He would be lying to himself if he said he didn't wanted to go pick up the ice creams with her.

They ate their ice cream while talking about random things. For once the boys saw her smiling from ear to ear. They couldn't help but smile with her.

"Oh by the way.... We didn't really exchange our contact info" Jungwon said as he took a bite out of his cone.

"You guys really want to exchange?" She spoke up as astonishment wrapped itself around her voice.

"Of course" Sunghoon remarked as he smacked her head. The others giggled while she made a '🥲' face.

They all made their way back to her house. Before going away she spoke up.

"Thanks for today. You guys really made me happy" she said as she went on with her usual habit, picking up little loose threads.

The boys were surprised to see the girl blushing. Crimson cheeks and eyes looking at everything else but them.

"Look who's blushing" Jay spoke up while a little smirk settled across his lips. The boys giggled at how cute she looked. She quickly ran inside not before smacking the blonde on his head. The boys chuckled as they got away from her driveway.

"Omo... Hi boys" Y/N's Aunt greeted. The boys bowed down in respect.

"You know.... It's been so long since I saw Y/N smile like that." She spoke lightly as she looked at each one of them.

"I'm really glad that she's becoming happy. Please keep her safe and keep on making her smile like that..... Our little Y/N suffered a lot" the old lady spoke while flashing a smile but the pain in her eyes couldn't go unnoticed. The boys couldn't help but be sad at how hurt her Aunt looked.

"Don't worry ma'am, we'll take good care of Y/N" Jay spoke up as he passed a small smile. The boys nodded in agreement. They bid their goodbyes and went away.

"Didn't knew Jay hyung was a gentleman" Jake spoke up, reminiscing the flower scene.

"I knowwww ... I was shocked as well" Niki hummed.

"Whatever.... Let's go" Jay mumbled as he ruffled the his hair.
