Lawrence POV

"Be good today!"

He silently nodded his head, walking away. The bus zoomed away.

I can't believe it's been... what 6 years now?

"He's growing so fast" said Alex, standing behind me.

I nodded, "that's our boy!"

A few years ago, Alex and I decided to adopt. Knowing that I couldn't get pregnant. I wanted to have at least one kid, so did he. It was difficult, but in the end it worked out perfectly.

"Oh shoot! I'm gonna be late for work"

Alex swiftly kissed my head, running out the door.

"I should get ready too"

"Was that your mom?" A kid had asked him.

"Jackson??" He resounded his name.

"Yes?"

"Why do you have two dads?"

Jackson sunk in his seat.

"Shut up" He spat back.

"Hey! I was just asking!"

Before he knew it, his fist went flying.

Apparently Jackson hit someone?! Not once, but multiple times.

I ran to the room, which he resided in.

The door creaked open. I sighed.

Looking upon him, he also got hurt.

"Hello Mr. Williams" the teacher greeted.

"Yes. Hello. Jackson?"

"He refuses to speak about it"

The teacher sounds put up with him.

I bent down.

"Jackson. What happened?" I cautiously asked.

He turned his head, avoiding my eyes.

"You're all beat up. Not only that... he is too" I sighed, holding his chin.

Did I raise him right?

"It's his fault" He muttered.

"Why is that?"

"He dislikes you and papa" he started to cry.

"No! I was just curious why you have two dads!" The other pouted.

Ahh. Alex, do we deserve such a good kid?

"See. It's a misunderstanding" I patted his head.

"Mister. Are you an omega?" He asked me.

"Do I look like one?"

He shaked his head.

"But then... is the other an omega?"

"No" I say bitterly.

It's an overload for him.

"But that's gross!" His face scrunched up.

"My dad isn't gross! You're gross" Jackson fought back.

I picked him up.

"It isn't good to fight with your classmates" I said to him.

"In our family, we don't define by gender, rather behavior and personality" I told him, "it might be different for you but I truly love my family" I sheepishly chuckled.
