As much as Y/n will miss her parents, she knows she will be in good hands with April in her apartment.
She packed her final belongings into the car, stuffing each item tightly like a game of Tetris. Y/n closes the trunk, dusts off her hands, and looks at her Mother and Father standing on the sidewalk. "I think I'm ready."
Y/n's mother nodded. "Okay," She smiled, giving her husband the car keys so they could get inside the car.
Y/n hops in the back seat, bringing her seatbelt over her chest and fastening it securely. She takes a final look out of the window, getting a view of the apartment she has lived in for quite a while, and now she is saying goodbye to it. She'll miss the memories that were made in that home.
Her yellow lab named Champ was in the backseat with her, licking her face before the small family pulled out of the parking spot and drove to Manhattan.
Y/n felt her excitement rising, watching every landmark pass by as she listened to the music playing from her earbuds.
She was beyond happy to see her Aunt April, see the Brothers again, and most of all, get a great and snug hug from Leonardo.
