We are just about to drive into Wayne Manor when Jeremiah says; "shit."
"What's wrong?"
"Uh cops." He drives back out and leaves.
"Oh, wonder if they seen us.." I say.
"I doubt it...don't worry about it."
"Yeah, okay thanks." I smile.
We drive around and after a while we back to Wayne Manor.
"Bruce! Alfred! Hello?" I shout.
"I don't think anyone is here.." Jeremiah smirks.
"Why are you smirking?" I say playfully.
"I don't know.."
I laugh and hug him. Suddenly we hear footsteps.
"Hold your fire.." someone whispers. Jim, of course.
"Again?" I turn around and there are loads of police surrounding Jeremiah and I.
"We gave you a chance. We're done with talking." Harvey say.
"I'm so tired, can I nap before we do this?" I ask.
"Y/n.. have you killed anyone before?" Jim asks.
"What? No!" I say.
"How do we know.."
"She would never kill anyone. She even helped me stop killing if you must know.. it's me you want. She didn't do anything, please let her live a normal life." Jeremiah says and I turn around to face him.
"W-what? No, Jeremiah I-"
"Y/n, I love you, you are the best thing that ever happened to me and that's the problem. Your too great. You deserve so much more than a life on the run and in fear. Please. Let them arrest me." Jeremiah says.
"No.." the police start putting handcuffs on him.
"No, stop. Stop! Jeremiah.." I beg and he kisses me and the police take him away.
Jim stays and glances at me and leaves.
Bruce comes up behind me.
"I'm very sorry-" Bruce begins.
"No. No, you told them! You betrayed me!" I say.
"Y/n, it was for your own good, I was trying to protect you!"
"Bruce I don't need it! I'm older than you, I know more than you. I've even been through so much more! What am I meant to do without him?!"
"You can stay here." Bruce says.
"Well now, I have no choice, do I?" I say and storm up to my room. I cry myself to sleep.
A month later,
I wake up to Ed and Oswald by my bed.
"Jesus! You scared me!" I say.
"Sorry." Ed says.
"We hear you haven't been out much lately." Oswald says.
"Oh.. right."
"So, we are here to cheer you up!" Ed says and Oswald nods.
I weakly smile. "How are you planning to do that? And shouldn't you be working on your project?"
"You'll see and we are allowed to take a day off!" Oswald says.
"Okay, thanks.." I say. They leave to me get dressed.
Wonder what they mean??
"This isn't the best movie.." Ed says as Oswald and I watch Mean Girls.
