y/n pov: 

"hey you're here- wait did you just think we were gonna babysit your um- baby brother?-" he asked. 

"he's not my baby brother- he's just a lost child," i said. 

"oh really. then go find his mom i guess. i'm not gonna let you babysit while studying," he said. 

"come with me?" i asked. 

"sighs... fine," he said. 

as i carried that child, we went around the cafe, as people stared and whispered. 

"look, they're so young yet they already have children."

"wondered how their parents raised them."

"excuse me, but this isn't our child, we're just finding his parents. so i would appreciate it if you would shut your trap rather than waste time gossiping about us right in front of us," yohan said as he held my hand and pulled me out. for the first time, i felt like there was actually someone who cares for me, someone who would think about how i felt. 

"t... thanks," i said. 

"welcome. i couldn't stand them anyway," he said, "don't be too affected by what they say."

"mhm i won't..." i said, smiling at him. 

"ma... mama!" the baby suddenly called as a mid-aged woman ran over. 

"omg my babie," she said, running towards the child.

"this is your child, i suppose?" i said, passing the child to her. 

"yess... i almost thought i lost him. thank god. thank you so much!" she said, taking the child from me. 

"here's a token of appreciation from me," she said, passing me a 10000won bill.

"no no it's fine. i didn't do this for the reward. just keep the 10000 won," i said, pushing her hand back. 

"please, just take it. it isn't much but this is really the most i can offer. i'm not very well off but i got to show my gratitude so..." 

"it's really not needed! really. just keep a closer lookout on your child next time, it was surprising when this little one came crawling to me and crying like i bullied him," i said, tickling the baby's neck. 

"will do! so sorry for the trouble!" she said, bowing repeatedly. 

"it's okay! have a good day ahead!" i said, bidding her goodbye. 

"study properly now?" yohan asked. 

"yeah let's go," i said. 

we made our way back to the cafe and to the seat i was at just now. 

"okay, let's revise for science first, since that's the first exam," he said.

"sure," i said, "anything works for me."

"okay, then here, i brought a set of assessments, finish these questions in 30 minutes, and we'll check answers," he said, passing me an assessment book and pointing to the folded pages.

"sure," i said, taking the book and looking at the first question.

in a span of 15 minutes, i was already done, and i pushed the assessment book back to him.

"you're already done?" he asked as i nodded.

"you're not gonna check?" he asked again as i shook my head.

"sure then i'll mark your answers," he said as i nodded.
