Was it a dream or nightmare? In all honesty, Liliana didn't know but either way, she couldn't settle even though Do Hwan had managed to calm her down.

Looking over at the clock on the bedside table she realized she had only been able to sleep an hour and a half before waking up again.

As a soft sigh escaped her lips, she turned to look at Do Hwan for a moment.

He looked so peaceful as he slept, soft snores escaped his mouth. Carefully moving out of Do Hwan's embrace she moved quietly while getting out of bed not wanting to disturb him from his sleep.

Leaving the bedroom, Liliana moved slowly and quietly down the hallway to the kitchen hoping that she wouldn't bump into anything or trip over causing any sort of noise.

After a couple of moments, she had made to the kitchen as she saw the moonlight shine through the kitchen window lighting the room in a soft crystal-like glow which was somewhat of a comfort to her.

Walking towards the counter she began searching the cupboards for a glass, standing on the tip of her toe's Liliana reached and pulled a glass down before closing the cupboard and turning towards the sink.

She watched as she turned on the tap and let it run for a moment before placing the glass under the tap and watching it fill with the cool liquid.

Though it was long too late until she had realised that the glass was overflowing. Quickly turning off the tap she still held onto the glass, she gasped in surprise but ultimately, shock.

The shock that had sent her mind into overdrive. Somehow, she began to relive the nightmare and the painful memories it held within.

Turning away from the sink she tried walking a few steps but soon stopped as she quickly began losing her balance. Standing alone, in a dark kitchen with her thoughts and her mind running wild she couldn't help but begin to shake before she lost her grip on the glass and it fell to the floor shattering on impact.

Upon impact, Liliana jumped in fear and in her unsteady state kelt down wanting desperately to pick up and clear away the broken glass.

Though it was easier said than done.

Just as she had picked up a large piece of glass she couldn't help but cry out in pain as it sliced through the palm of her hand.

Dropping the piece of glass she held her now injured hand close to her as she watched the blood flow and drip alarmingly fast, she couldn't help but continue to shake and cry as she curled up in on herself, with her back against the wall.

Do Hwan waking up with a start turned to his side to find his girlfriend no longer sleeping beside him, confusion on his mind he called out to her to try and determine where she was.

"Lily?"

Having gotten no response he was about to call out her again but stopped when he heard crying coming from the direction of the kitchen, getting out of bed he quickly made his way to the kitchen only to have his heart thumping against his chest in fear of what he was about to find, if only his fears where wrong.

Reaching the kitchen, and flicking on the kitchen light he was shocked at what he found.

He saw his girlfriend crying, shaking with a bloody and injured hand with broken glass around her and it was heartbreaking.

"Oh, God Lily!"

Quickly running towards the cupboards he pulled out a first aid kit out from under the sink before cleaning up as much as possible of the broken glass so he could tend to his lover.

"Shh shh, it's okay sweetheart I'm here it's alright, can I look at your hand. What happened?"

"I - I had a nightmare... I relieved everything that had happened in my past, with Micheal, everything."

She began telling him everything that was involved in the nightmare and the painful memories she endured in her sleep meaning she woke up and wanted something to drink hence why she was in the kitchen, and the result of what happened.

"Oh, darling you should have woken me up I would have helped you.", he replied as cleaned and tended to her hand.

"I'm sorry Do Hwan."

"It's alright, I'm here now it's okay. It's okay, you're okay I promise.", he said as he leaned forward pressing a kiss on her forehead.
