"The mangalsutra looks beautifuls, doesn't it, Shivaay?" Pinky gushed at the marvellous design coming to life and form.

"It does." Shivaay agreed.

He then looked away because he no longer wanted to tie that beauty of a mangalsutra around the neck of the woman he was supposed to.

He decided to.

The woman of his dreams, his 'impossible utopia', he addressed it as,  was someone else.

"Oberoi Group on the xx of month xx at 11:33 p.m. has sent out an official statement saying that Shivaay Singh Oberoi would be replacing Tej Singh Oberoi as chairman. The official draft goes as, 'Tej Singh Oberoi has served his duty towards the familial empire with great direction, innovation, and intelligence. But, as many good things come to an end, so do his days as chairman. Almost 30 years ago, he took control over the Oberoi Group after his father, irreplaceable Prithvi Singh Oberoi's, untimely demise. Now again, it is time for a lovely change in the form of our now former CEO, Shivaay Singh Oberoi." BBTV news anchor, Avinash, shared the breaking news of the business world at the moment.

"Uh, man, that was one long meeting." Annika stifled a yawn.

Shivaay looked at his wife apologetically, "Sorry, you okay?"

"You have nothing to apologize for." Annika's fingers curled around his free arm not on the steering wheel. "Cannot believe that today went like it did."

"Me too." Shivaay sighed. "I was about to melt for a second when Bade Papa looked at me the way he did."

"We are really proud of you, you know." Annika rested her head on Shivaay's shoulder.

He smiled hearing 'we', making the reality even more real.

"The baby has no clue that he or she has such a smart, loving, caring, and billu-ish father." She said.

"Billu-ish?" Shivaay sounded outraged but his smile gave away how happy he felt. "And, also what is up with all this makhan lagana?"

Annika's head came off his shoulder and she looked at him, pouting. Not that Shivaay would know due to looking ahead.

"Hey." Annika protested and sat back grumpily.

"Annika." Shivaay cooed.

She did not respond.

"Accha, what do you think must be going on at home?" Shivaay asked a dreaded question which he knew Annika would respond to.

And, she did. "I am just thinking everyone is just sitting, confused and exhausted. I am just concerned about Tej uncle and Janhvi aunty."

Shivaay agreed to the concern too.

"Why would you even ask Janhvi aunty about those keys? I don't even want those keys!" Annika scolded Shivaay.

He sighed in return. "It was high time you got them. Listen, I also thought the same about being chairman and left everything in Bade Papa's hands. Now, look where that brought us. Also, the household needs to be managed properly which you did. When Bade Maa took over again, money was splurged out of control and Khanna even suspects some money for expenses was funneled. You get those keys and that is final."

"I guess you have a point there." Annika then sat mum for a few minutes before bringing up the issue of Tej and Janhvi's stay.

"What do you think about bringing them back to Oberoi Mansion?"
