I cried and shivered the moment I heard mom's name mentioned on the t.v screen, Baji approaches me and give me a hugged and somehow I felt his tears dropping to my shirt, I hugged him tight and we cried together as we just lose someone so precious to us

Even though I got here for a month now I'd say those memories are priceless as I've grown trust and love towards them and one of 'em is Baji's mom so it is such a huge blow for me to lose someone so important

The four of us eat our breakfast, the last breakfast mom would make us, she did this before she got stabbed so I'll enjoy this until the end

Baji and I were crying as we eat our mom's cooking bit by bit

Mikey on the other hand finished his breakfast  and Hanemiya is currently drinking his tea

"Tch! Who would do something like this in broad daytime" said Hanemiya easing his mind with a cup of tea

"Isn't it weird, no evidence of the murderer?" Mikey muttered while pouring water onto his glass

"Something's fishy indeed" Baji agreed and had wipe his tears away and finish his breakfast 

"There is only one thing for sure— someone had planned to do this" Hanemiya muttered

I'm washing the dishes while the three of them were talking about that matter earlier on our living area

When I'm done I took a bath and read a book when I remember something— I went downstairs and saw the three of them still talking

"Where are you going?" Baji asked me when I was about to open the door

I smiled, "I need to go look for something, I'll be back" I had said

"Be careful" Baji said sharply

"I think I need to go with her" said Hanemiya worried if I might get hurt

"No need to go with me Hanemiya, I promise I'll be careful" I said

Hanemiya sip his tea, when I glanced to Mikey his piercing eyes shot a glare not a normal glare, very furious glare

Anyways I went out, I was planning if I could see the sight area of where the murder conducted

A sign saying 'do not cross' is all over the place where the murder happened

I look to emotional looking for a possible clue but seems like I won't find a single clue leading to the murderer.

Something's suspicious...

"Hm" I sigh

What could be lying so mysterious around here?

I decided to rest at the river bank, it's morning therefore you'll see sun's ray but it's not that hot here

After resting for an hour I went back to the sight where the murder happened and to my surprise I saw Hanemiya on the sight

"What are you doing here?" I asked when he saw me coming

"I know you'll be here" he smiled

I stand next to him, "So, did you find anything?"

He shook his head, "Not a thing"

I was looking at the 'do not cross' post, blood are still splattered to the place which I avoid to see because my heart ache thinking that it belongs to mom

"Who do you think will do this to Baji's Mom?, it's suspicious, because if it's an ordinary person who did this murder that person won't be so cruel and hide his/her identity, you think it's someone who held a grudge towards her?" I said

"And the evidence, it must be someone so skilled to not left any evidence" I continue as I cross my arms

"I think I might have an idea" he said

"Who?" I mumbled

He sighed, "Kanta Gang"

I was shock. I didn't even think about that.

"Why'd you say so?"

"I think it's them, toman's the enemy for them, their leader hated you, Mikey, and all of us, wasn't that enough a reason to do this" he reasoned

"But still, we can't jump to conclusions since we don't have any evidence" I muttered

A police approaches us

"This is not a show, please get out of here immediately" said the Police

"We are related to the victim, is it okay to look for a bit moment?" I said

"Oh!, Then 5 minutes" said the Police

We spend all 5 minutes there looking for a clue— but still those 5 minutes didn't give us any

Me and Hanemiya are now walking down the river bank

Hanemiya look at his phone and gasped

"It's already lunch time, common let's go out I'll treat you guys to lunch" Hanemiya proposed

When we got home, he invited Baji and Mikey who was left behind earlier

I ride to Hanemiya's motorcycle, while Baji and Mikey has their own

We enter a fancy looking restaurant, Hanemiya surprisingly buy a lot of food, can we eat all of these, I guess so!!

After eating lots of food we went to an arcade, we played a lot of games I got a chicken stuff toys for myself, all I can say it is fun

We parted our ways in the afternoon, I ride with Baji this time— we are going back home

"Hanemiya told me there are chances that Kanta Gang might did that" I spoke with Baji when we got home

"I already suspected them y/n" he said

He walk closer to me

"Hm?"

"I'll protect you" he hugged me tightly
