Arthur feels like he's missing something in his life.

His day-to-day routine after the war seems the same, but he can't stop thinking about the ring left on his cabinet.

It was blue like his eyes, and he wore a ring that looked like the night sky.

According to everyone else, Dicathen had won the war after Agrona mysteriously disappeared on the battlefield.

Arthur thinks there's more to it.

No one else does, though.

So he focuses on adjusting to life after the war.

The land is somehow greener after all of the battles.

The sky is prettier than before.

Arthur thinks it's all strange.

Sylvie looks down these days.

When asked, her words come out as distorted to him.

Arthur wants to know what happened.

This isn't normal.

This is unreal.

Everyone thinks of winning the war against a superior race of beings is normal.

Arthur wants to find out.

He does everything he can to figure out what happened.

There are no records of this in the past.

There are no signs that this ever happened.

It looks like they've won the war, and nothing happened.

He asks people to try the ring he found on.

Nothing happens.

It doesn't fit anyone.

Arthur grows frustrated.

There has to be something else to it.

In a desperate attempt to figure it out, he asks Windsom.

He doesn't have an answer.

He lies down in his family mansion's backyard and stares up at the stars.

Holding his hand up, he stares at his ring.

It seems to match a patch of the sky.

"Sylvie,"

"Yes, papa?"

"Does this ring have to do with the disorted sounds from you?"

Sylvie hums.

"Were they... someone important to me?"

Sylvie's voice comes out as glitchy again.

Arthur sighs.

"Did I love them?"

Sylvie nods.

"Did they love me?"

The image of you kissing Arthur on the forehead before you left pops up in Sylvie's mind.

This time, her face distorts, but her voice comes out.

"Yes."

Arthur sighs. "I wonder what they were thinking..."

Sylvie can't respond.

Arthur accidentally falls asleep under the stars.

"What a troublesome boy," The wind rustles, and you appear next to the child, a blanket in your hand. You hold a hand out to make sure he sleeps permanently, and you bring him back to his room.
