21. Surprise

It past four days since Ben spent the night in Sophia's and mine apartment sleeping in my bed. After that nothing special happened, we're normally talking, not seeing each other much because he is focused on his training because of tomorrow's match.

As day went by, I was sitting in my room looking at news about jobs I can apply for. I already applied for three jobs right away I got diploma but it past almost three weeks since that and I still didn't get any answer.

"ugh" I sighed leaning against the back of my chair

I immediately jumped as I heard my e-mail rang. Seeing from who e-mail was, my eyes wide opened. I didn't even apply for job there, but they are asking me to work for them.

Since it was another dream come true, I wanted to say yes immediately but I really need time to think about this so I response to them.

I am more than surprised and honoured about your opportunity, it will be a real dream come true for me and there won't be a happier person of me on the World to work with you, but I have need to ask you for time to think about it. Huge thank you for getting me an opportunity for this job and I hope you understand my need. As soon as I make decision, I will let you know if you will be still interesting in me.

As I sent e-mail, I went to kitchen taking something for eat since it was 6pm and I last eat at noon. Sophia wasn't home because she went out with her sister since she came to London after two years.

Ben is on his last training before tomorrow's match, so I don't have anyone to bother, only if I call Timo or Kai and bother them but they probably also have a training because they have match for two days.

At the end I just put on the first movie that came recommended on my Netflix.

"Els" I heard Sophia's voice, so I opened my eyes

"Hm?" I asked but soon enough realised that I fell asleep on the couch

"You were watching a movie?" she asked

"yes" I said still half asleep "how was seeing sister after two years?" I asked as I sat up and she sat next to me

"It was emotional, nice, funny, I just missed her so much" she whined

"Is she staying here now?" I asked

"No, she said she need to go back to Sydney to finish some things that left and then she will be back along with that little man that I miss so much" she whined

Sophia's sister Alesia was married for three years now in Sydney, but she is divorcing now because her husband cheated on her and she will move back to London with her two-years-old son.

"I'm so happy for you" I said lightly smiling at her

"thanks" she said

It was 8pm when Sophia and I got on Wembley stadium what means is left an hour until match starts. Ben doesn't start what afflicted me and I can only imagine how this put him even more down now. I really need to talk with Ben about e-mail I got for job, and I hope he won't be much down after match so we can talk in the morning.

Boys had more than good chances to score but today wasn't on their side and match finished 0:0. Ben didn't get opportunity to play not even a minute. Mason and Ben didn't know we are here, so we waited for them in front of stadium to surprise them. About half an hour later boys started coming out and my phone vibrated.

From: Ben
Just walked out of stadium, can I see you on just a minute for half an hour? In front of your building, if you're not asleep.

I looked at Sophia and we walked out of car as Sophia called Mason.

"Get closer to Ben and look on the right" she said putting Mason on speaker that I could hear him

"What?" he asked confused as he started looking around him probably searching for Ben

"Just find Ben" Sophia said laughing

"Soph, I'm confused, how do you know that Ben is around me?" he asked "Soph, you're creepy" he whined

"What are you dramatizing for?" Ben asked

"I have creepy girlfriend" he whined

"That creepy girlfriend tells you to turn on the right" Sophia commanded

As they looked at us, I flashed light at them

"Are you joking?" Mason screamed at phone fast walking towards us along with Ben behind him

"What are you doing here?" Mason asked almost screaming at us as we just laughed

"surprise" we laughed looking at their confused faces

Mason immediately hugged Sophia and soon enough they escaped who knows where.

"Why didn't you tell me?" Ben asked cupping my face

"I wanted to surprise you" I said

"If I just knew you were there" he whispered leaning his forehead against mine

"I can't wait anymore" he whispered "I imagined it different but-" he took deep breath as my heart started beating faster

"Would you be my girlfriend, Ela?" he asked looking me straight into eyes

"It would be my pleasure Benjamin" I said

"don't call me that" he said frowning

"Why? I like it" I said smiling at him

"But I don't like it " he said

"Okay Benjamin" I said as he rolled his eyes for the first time in front of me

His hand went front my cheek to the back of my neck pulling me closer to him as my heart skipped few beats. Since we admitted our feelings to each other I was so ready for this to happen but now, I don't think I am, because my heart threatens to jump out.

He leaned even closer to me, so our lips were almost touching and soon enough he slowly connected our lips. Our lips moved slowly in a dynamic motion as it was the best feeling in my life so far and I can't imagine myself sharing this moment with anyone else but him.

"You see how deep I already fell?" he asked leaning his forehead against mine looking me into eyes as smile was on both of our lips

"I said few more dates but it past only four days and not a single date" he said as we smiled even more

He just laughed at me as he realised that I won't say anything, and he just intertwined our fingers taking his bag from the ground and walking away with me.

"What about my car?" I asked as we came to his car

"We will pick it up tomorrow, don't worry about it" he said and soon enough we were away from Wembley, his hand on my thigh as I was smiling like crazy
