34. Morning After

I woke up with soft light coming from outside through curtains. I slowly opened my eyes facing with Ben in the same moment. His head was almost on my chest as his hair was messier than ever before. He was peacefully sleeping as memories from yesterday were coming into my head.

I was looking down at his face playing with his hair as smile was on my face, I gave him all of me last night, he took my v-card without knowing it.

"M-mm, it's not nice to stare" he mumbled hugging me tightly and pushing his head into my body even more

"Good morning mister sleepy" I said smiling

"Morning miss fancy" he mumbled "How are you feeling?" he asked with serious tone of voice still not looking at my face

"What do you think?" I asked and then he looked at me

"By your face and eyes, I can say you're feeling really good" he said and kissed me

"More than that" I said as he lifts himself up, so his eyes were in line with mine

"I'm glad to hear that" he said and smiled at me

"You know....um-" I didn't know if I should tell him or not but we said no secrets so he would be madder if I will hide it from him longer "I....um..."

"Are you okay?" he asked laughing at me

"I am, but..."

"But what? What's wrong? Did I do something wrong yesterday? Did I hu-"

"No, no, it's not that Ben, it was amazing, just...." I took a deep breath "it was my first time" I said looking at him scared

"What? What did you say?" he asked confused

"It was my first time yesterday" I said as he was looking at me completely shocked

"It was.... yesterday.... oh god" he mumbled running his fingers through his hair turning his head away from me

"Why didn't you tell me? I thought- I thought you believe me; we said no secrets but by every move I do I find new secret" he said and looked at me disappointed?

"I didn't think it was important" I said

"You didn't think it was important? I could hurt you Ela" he said

"You wouldn't do that, you're too sentimental" I said

"But-ugh" he breath out rubbing his eyes "It was your first time, it should have to be special, to be remembered" he said

"And it was" I said and cupped his face "It was more than I could ever imagine and now I'm definitely thankful that I saved it for you" I said

"What were you waiting for?" he asked

"Maybe you" I said getting light smile from him

"I hope there is no more surprises" he said

"You were my first kiss" I said

"Oh damn, nice Ela, what else?" he joked "You.... are.... special" he said looking me straight into eyes "and I am glad you're all mine" he said and smiled at me

"I'm glad too" I said, and he just hugged me

"Um...clothes...right, yeah, clothes" he mumbled and clumsily took his clothes from floor searching for mine

"Here.... dammit Ela" he mumbled giving me my clothes

"I'm going to take a shower you better think of more surprises if you have them" he joked throwing his shirt on me laughing and entering bathroom

I just took his shirt and smell it; this is the only smell I want on myself.

The day went by well, we were smiling, laughing, hugging, kissing more than any day before but you could well feel the tensions between us, the most because of me.

I wasn't much comfortable knowing what happened yesterday, but it doesn't have nothing with Ben. I really appreciate everything what he has done to me yesterday. Knowing that he didn't know that it was my first time he could hurt me just like he said earlier, but he didn't.

"Are you okay?" he asked looking up at me as he was lying beside me with head on my chest

"I'm good" I said stroking his hair

"good" he said, and I leaned down kissing him

"How is your knee?" I asked

"Um...it's okay" he said not persuasive

"You sure?" I asked raising my eyebrow

"it's hurting a bit, but nothing serious" he said

"Why didn't you take the compex?" I asked

"it's nothing serious Ela" he said

"Ben, it's hu-" he interrupted me by sitting up and cupping my face

"I'm okay, seriously" he said and gently kissed me "I know how much pain I can handle, don't you worry" he said hugging me and leaning his chin on the top of my head

He knew it was because of our activities yesterday, but tomorrow he has physiotherapies with me again. she is his physiotherapist and almost all physiotherapies, we do it's no problem to do some the easier at home but today we just wanted to relax, and I wanted to get my mind off work, but I couldn't.

"Tomorrow you have therapies from 8am" I said getting sigh from him

"You really had to mention it now?" he asked looking at me

"yes" I said

"I tried to get you away from work today but here you are, ruining it" he protested

"I'm just reminding you" I said

"I didn't forget, I just didn't want to mention your work today" he said looking at me seriously

"okay" I whispered

"Are you ready?" I asked as he was standing slowly putting his weight from two legs to just right

I saw him lightly squeezing his eyes as he stood on right leg for about a minute.

"it's okay" I whispered cupping his face as he opened his eyes looking at me after he stood back on both of legs

"you're getting it" I whispered lightly smiling at him

"what's next?" he asked, and I pointed to weights on what he breath out

It wasn't an easy step but by practicing it from now on he will get better.
