After what happened at Tucker's garage the night before, where Stiles was forced to watch as the mechanic fixing his jeep was crushed to death by the heavy machinery — suspiciously paralysed by a possible new supernatural creature, Iylah stayed in Stiles' room that night to ensure he was safe.

And to top it all off, the Stilinski was still worried about Lydia after what happened at the ice rink which caused her decision on wanting to stay by the girl's side as she waited for her appointment with the guidance counsellor that was set up by her mother.

"Nice gloves." A male voice spoke, sitting on the other side of Lydia. Both girls turned to look at him, with the Martin girl replying with. "Thank you."

Continuing conversation with mainly Lydia, the boy asked. "So, what's your brand of psychosis?"

"Really?" Lydia scoffed at him, not noticing how Iylah had quieted down ever since the boy started speaking. For some reason, she felt something familiar about the boy, like she knew him.

"We're both here for something. We don't have to be ashamed of it." He told Lydia who pursed her lips in annoyance. "I have an acute phobia of people prying into my personal life. You?" She responded sarcastically.

Speaking in the same tone as Lydia, the boy then replied. "Compulsively drawn to cute narcissistic girls."

Before Lydia could respond to that, the guidance counsellor stepped out her room. "Are you ready, Lydia?" She called out.

"Good luck." Iylah muttered, squeezing her hand on Lydia's shoulder for a moment as a form of comfort before letting her get up and follow the woman inside her office. As soon as the door shut behind them, Iylah whipped her head around to look at the boy with hardened eyes. "Listen here, prick. You want to tell me why you're taunting my friend from the dead?" She rhetorically asked, speaking in a hushed tone. "Leave Lydia out of this."

Acting innocently, the boy denied her accusation on him. "I have no idea what you mean."

"Oh, please." The Stilinski girl scoffed, narrowing her eyes through her next words. "Did you think I wouldn't recognise the young face of Peter Hale?"

Hallucination Peter sighed. "Fine, you got me."

"This is the last time I'm going to tell you." Iylah started to threaten. "Leave us alone, and don't even think about hurting her again."
