Overnight At Pennhurst Insane Asylum Pt4

Hi all, I just want to say that while watching this part (Overnight at Pennhurst Asylum| opening the dybbuk box (pt 2) and writing this chapter, I started to get a headache and feel sick. I do have a cold, so it could be that, but I kept hearing weird noises in my house as well especially in the kitchen! I know it's nothing huge but I thought I would just share this just incase any one else has similar things happen when they watched this part in the 25 weeks TFIL videos.  

The seance is over, but of course that doesn't mean that we can leave. Elton likes to push things a little too far sometimes and as much as I love my dear brother, he can piss me off when it comes to haunted stuff. D left not long ago, Elton has something planned so he said while we wait, not sure what we're waiting for but I bet I won't like it, we should get our giggles out of our system so we are playing hide and clap, Brandon get's blindfolded first while we all hide. 5 minuets later and it's Corey's turn to be blindfolded, then Corbin's turn. Playing the game is a great distraction to what we are here to do, but that bliss of just messing around doesn't last long and we are back to investigating.

Elton gives us all a little candle to hold
"I'm having midnight man flash backs" I shudder at the memory of us playing the game multiple times back at the TRAP house 
"We're going to take what D taught us how to do, except this time we're going to change up what happens in the middle of the circle"
"And do what she did not want to do" Brandon says with a look of almost annoyance 
"No, to be honest she was very found of what I wanted to do, she just didn't want to be here when it happened. Right put all the lit candles in a circle, while I get an object out of my bag" Elton walks over to his bag as Corey and I place down the candles. I look up and see Elton holding the dybbuk box he showed us when we were at the rocks last night 
"Elton" I groan as he just smiles at me 
"Let's take a seat" he says and we all sit down in the circle. I sit next to Corey and Corbin 
"I really don't think you should open that" 
"I agree with Corey" I point 
"Of course you will, your his girlfriend now" 
"No, thats not the reason for me agreeing with him" I shake my head at Elton 
"I'm being for real, for real, for real" 
"This one is no ordinary dybbuk box, this one was manifested, this one is different"
"What does that mean?" Corbin asks looking a mix of scared and confused 
"A gathering of witches, a gathering of 12 witches, all got together and took all there negative energy and spirits and any other forms off attachments they might've had, put it into an item and put the item in here, sealed it shut, knowing that if you were to open it you would be setting it free"
"Why would you want to open it after that?" Brandon asks. I feel like Elton is the only one who can't think straight, sometimes I worry that he has a strong attachment to him and that it's causing him to almost loose control   
"Do you know what's in it?" I ask 
"I don't know. I'll be honest, I thought I knew which alphabet this was, but I don't" 
"You've done your research on dybbuk boxes, correct?"
"I have" 
"Then what happens to the person who opens it?" 
"There are only 2 known tales" Elton replies to Corey "1 is Zak Bagans's box. Tt was gifted to someones mother and when they opened it they had a stroke, then the person who went to buy it for $280 had health complications. Could be all coincidence, but that is how Zak got hold of it. The second is the box in my car right now that has a history on, this one doesn't so if we open it and nothing happens, then we know that the dybbuk box isn't real"
"Elton I don't like this at all" I shake my head 
"Ok lets try and communicate without touching it" 
"But you'r going to open it?" 
"Yeah" Elton nods answering Corey's question.

3am, the witches hour. Time to start communicating. Corey, Brandon and Corbin all decide to step out the circle, they take their candles and say goodbye and blows it out on by one. Leaving just Elton and I 
"Ready?" 
"No" 
"Well to bad" Elton opens up the box and a cool tingling sensation over comes me 
"What the fuck is that?" Corey asks 
"I have no idea"
"Ew it has a smell to it" Corey scrunches up his nose 
"I don't feel good" I mumble 
"Elton lets stop" Corbin says. Elton starts dropping things into the flam of one of the candles 
"Now I can never put the box back the way it was" 
"Elton your starting to creepy me out and I have this feeling of anger around us, please stop" I almost start to cry 
"This entire room has got a very different vibe to it now" Core crosses his arms looking around. The candles keep burning out, which is really not good 
"Like I said before, I have midnight man vibes" we then all hear a loud bang after I said that making all of us jump 
"Isn't this weird?" Elton holds up an object that puts out candles
"Elton you can't put out the candles on the edge" Corbin starts, but Elton has other plans. He starts with putting out on of the inner candles and moves on to the other candles. As he's doing this Corey says something touches him. Well, theres no circle now. The boys decide they want to leave the room and to be honest, so do I. Corey looks like he's about to cry so I go up to him placing my hand in his and giving it a squeeze to try and comfort him. We all take a candle and exit the room 
"I legit feel like I might throw up" I say feeling that nausea worsen 
"Let's go outside" Corbin sighs. 

We go outside, Corey and I sit on the floor leaning against the building 
"You feel ok?" Elton asks me handing me a bottle of water 
"I just feel sick and I don't know if that's from worry or something else" I sigh 
"What about you?" Elton asks Corey who shakes his head
"I just, I didn't think, I didn't..." Corey struggles to find his words 
"I told you I was opening it a 3:07"
"I knew you were going to open it, but like what the fuck is going to happen to us? we don't know what's going to happen to happen to us until it happens. It could be 6 months down the road"
"Yeah that's called life" Elton says 
"Wait, but don't you remember when Jake bought home that dybbuk box and Corey had a cvar accident?"
"But Thea that could have happened whether that dybbuk box was there or not" 
"I just feel like we have opened ourselves up to something super bad and I'm not sure if god will be able to help us" I argue back to my brother 
"You opened up a cursed box.."
"No" Elton shakes his head 
"No? witches didn't put a curse on that box and put a demon inside of it" Corey continues 
"No"
"You opened it with all of us in a circle, or all of us around you.."
"No"
"The demon attaches to whoever it wants to in the room, like what if it's attached to me or Thea? 2 minuets after you opened it I felt something touch my back, Thea feels like she's gonna throw up"
"Ok?" 
"How do I know that wasn't it not entering me and now you guys are fine, but 2 months down the road I'm fucked?"
"Thats called life"
"Elton seriously? do you not see how fucked up this is?" 
"Ok 1, I never said it was a demon, I said it was a trapped spirit in a box, but people us dybbuk boxes to trap demons"
"But it's still a negative spirit" I say starting to get annoyed 
"Theres only 2 that are confirmed, I have one in my car and the other is locked away in a museum. Do you think if this is something real there would be more around? more people would be using them?"
"The reason were so scared of this is because, what Post Malone had car accidents, health problem" we carry on talking about this, Elton giving some good points that our fear is just from what we have been told in the media. We all come to the conclusion that if it was a demon in that box something really bad would have happened, I'm still not 100% convinced and I can tell Corey isn't either, but it is now time to do our proper investigation.
